1. in the latest videos, it seems that most of your loses are due to sudden blunders, mainly in the end of midgame / king-pawn in that case. since playing 15+10 , and never using it, maybe its better to take 2 minutes off resting, then go back, a little more calm.
2. it feels very often when you are playing this line, capturing with the e pawn and witch to the f file, that something about the coordination of the pieces doesn't work very well - i get the impression that the pawn maybe even interupting you improve position. please let me know if you disagree. otherwise, it may be worth checking how to utilize the pawn better, having since you always go for this line.
3. this game indeed felt passive. again - maybe when realizing you are just commenting on oponents moves, it is better to take a minute and embrace yourself together.
Thanks for your videos
"Chess is a brutal game" - I totally agree mahn.😅😂
Damn tough break, good game!
Yeah endgames are brutal. One slip and the tables turn.
Ah man, sad ending. The ego got in the way of assuming you had it after calculating "good enough" essentially. You are fine though, obviously. Im just seeing 2200 come fairly quickly ONCE these silly mistakes are taken care of.
Good Video
Apex Critical Endgame Miscalculations :(
I'm 2200,which your current goal is and let me give you some advice, i think on move 21,after nc4 you were winning after the rook trade and f5, and you didn't spot it even during your analysis, you should analysye better imo, sorry if i sound rude.
Saying "you should analyze better" isn't exactly going to help anyone. Perhaps saying "If the opponent makes a move that creates tension (in mostly the middlegame), be on the lookout for possible tactics, even if it isn't there right away."
Anyways, Apex will also need to work on pattern recognition as well, as this tactic that you mentioned isn't an easy one for him.
He would have had to spot that the Bishop on e2 is the only defender of the Knight on c4, so Rxe2 is the potential move. Then he knows that it doesn't work as Qxe2 is there. With that in mind, Rxa1 then brings White's Queen away from e2, and then f4 forces the Bishop on e3 to move, allowing Rxe2 and after Rxe2, Bxc4 wins material.
@@arthurrtang9670 I'm not talking about just this tactic, I used it as an example that he doesn't analyse his games well, he only focuses on the parts that he knows he got wrong rather than finding more errors and being more thorough
@@arthurrtang9670lol I feel ya. “You should make better moves” could be equally valid advice.
