I’m so glad someone else notices that it’s not terrible. I run it with void Titan because you’re already using your barricade all the time, which recharges your grenade, which you threw at an enemy, which also proks well rounded. Not to mention shoulder charge uses energy now, so you have easy access to the origin trait, which imo, the origin trait makes the gun feel like the best 120 in the game.
I've been taking advantage of Well-Rounded on Titan with Arbor Warden, as the barri-nade counts as a grenade when thrown, and your class ability cools down in the background while your barri-nade is proc/held which gives it great uptime. Can use it as extra WR trigger on any subclass but it really shines on Strand, as you get the benefit of a throwable barricade w/ a suspend lash, use grapple for best uptime on the grenade and easy to use frequently, and three melee charges for additional movement/another way to proc WR. Also, the Thread of Ascent aspect triggers from barri-nade as well, so you are constantly getting free reload for equipped weapon and bonus AE. I honestly have not tried it with Targeted Redaction yet, but plan to recraft and pair with Chappy (use rally cade to get the boost range, throw cade, suspend target, slide toward cade and map with slug SG).
Targeted is one of my favorite void hand cannons with Outlaw + Destabilizing Rounds for PvE, especially on a Gyrfalcon Hunter, constant invis, even without Gyrfalcon's Volatile Rounds active, I had so much fun with it. And it might even be better with the changes coming next season, definitely looking forward to it.
Something I really like about the weapons this season are how they're the polar opposite damage type of the returning Gambit Prime weapons. The only exception is here with Targeted Redaction and Spare Rations, I think. It's a nice detail.
I figured it was because the weapons are taken themed, so they all have darkness elements. Targeted redaction being the only light elemental weapon, but being void, added to this for me because void light used to be considered a taboo for guardians to use. By the time our player guardian came around in d1, the stigma was gone, but it's come up a few times still. That was my takeaway, at least
Weapon feel really is so important. All the best perks in the world are useless if the gun doesn't click with you. It's why I've never really understood the appeal of Bottom Dollar, but absolutely love Round Robin. Both great hand cannons, but it comes down to preference for me.
I feel so validated for coming to the Perfect Float/Explosive Payload conclusion on my own. It's easy to think of PF as a AE perk but anti flinch is pretty dope too
Getaway artist. This gun on arclock is absolutely insane. Arc souls will clean up 2 shots from a 120 more often than not. You use amplified lightning ball (you’re already amped from getaway artist and now you have 210 damage on a melee ability) and just cycle all three abilities, keep an arc soul up, constantly have boosted stats. Definitely one of the best loadouts I’ve used in the last year
Yeah, I hate having to run destablising in PVE though, which feels necessary this season on lock. Last season we had the artifact to help us out as first season post wells, but in harder content uptime is generally lower than it was with wells. I just don't see a reason to be void over arc this season.

Love this gun. Even with my adept Igneous Hammers I got this past weekend I’m still loving this gun with well rounded and keep away, then when you get unsated hunger going it’s nasty.
My current favourite hand cannon, been using it all season (and the taken shotgun in kinetic slot) with well rounded + keep away. I love the playstyle of the taken weapons that you blow your wad and then get a power increase (as opposed to feeling weak and waiting on abilities). Taken guns are so aggressive and i love thst playstyle.
I was theory crafting and came to the same conclusions, being able to cause massive flinch to your opponent via explosive payload while *you* get flinch resistance from perfect float just seems like a good deal, and back when igneous was still available, arguments were still made for bottom dollar in the fact of explosive payload!
Slideshot/Iron Grip Steady Hand has higher raw stats than True Prophecy by the way. You can hit 75 in one and 65 in the other without even factoring in Slideshot.
I love this thing. As someone who's played regularly since D2's launch, this is the first hand cannon that felt right to me, even more so than my few adept Igneous Hammers. I do fell silly for being a grapple hunter a lot and not thinking about well rounded, it's usually just an instant shard perk to me
Never got used to the Spare model or feel but I am making an effort to wrap my head around this one. Kinda love it even though I'm still missing a lot of shots. Feels like it there's a version of it that could pair greatly with Traveler's Chosen and your Verity's Magnetic Grenade build. Thanks for that, btw, mr.coolguy :)
I love how you can find real value in atypical picks. I agree that this tidy frame and visual recoil feels great in 120 trim.. which is basically the opposite of Loud Lullaby/Round Robin.
I have a love/hate relationship with this gun. It took me several reshapes to find what worked for me and I found it frustrating to use at times. Then they nerfed its recoil because it was actually bugged, which made it harder to use the gun. I ultimately settled for a stability masterwork with fluted barrel since I was taking advantage of well rounded and keep away to buff my range up to about 90. My round robin has a similar split, so I guess I have a stat preference.
Great video! Just something i noticed. When using d2 foundry you can select enhanced intrinsics instead of a masterwork to factor in the extra 2 stats from level 20, just incase you didn't know.
I have been using a true prophecy I had in my vault with Opening shot & timed payload. It has really surprised me how well it duals at range. Was playing on equinox and downing people I probably should have lost against. It flinches so much!
The Taken weapons are slept on, everyone looks at stats first and foremost and decides "oh, youtube will tell me if its worth it". Not sure why most people don't try something before passing judgment, glad to see youre covering these still.
I think shot swap and perfect float are underrated on this. People forget that Perfect float gives you a massive 35% flinch resistance increase just by being in combat for 6 seconds which could be great in 1v2 or 1v3 situations. Shotswap is basically free 100 handling giving 2 stacks per kill and goes up to 8 stacks so in theory you could keep it up en entire match since you only lose 1 stack per swap.
I’ve been using it and I love it. It feels really, really good, unlike a lot of 120s I’ve used. I know they “fixed” its recoil a bit ago, but to me it still feels great. Just get well rounded proced and you’re beaming. A play could be made for shot swap too. I personally use keep away but explosive payload may be the preferred option for a lot of people.
Unsated Hunger is such a strong weapon trait, especially on a 120 because it boost the worst drawbacks of the weapon. If this one could roll Keep Away + Explosive it would be my #1 pick.
The Unsated Hunger origin trait has got to be one of my all-time favorites at this point. It's so easy to proc and it makes any gun that has it feel so stinkin' good.
I've seen very little D2 content recently since I stopped playing mid-WQ but I just wanna say I really appreciate people like you still focusing on the fun and good things in the game
My personal favorite is my Chambered comp/Hammerforged, Accurized, Slideshot, EP, and Range MW. 60+ stability and 100+ range and reload on slides. So good, and I really hope they don’t powercreep Igneous Hammer. They’ve explicitly stated that they prefer to make stat monsters have more mediocre perks, but it’s hard to say with comp and trials weapons.
Fully agree here, I'm probably gonna go for the well-rounded and EP combo since I do strand quite a bit, and all the void classes make plenty of use out of both grenade and melee (wombos, etc.). Its just a very satisfying weapon and people sometimes get too hung up on the ttk part, but like, there is more to weapons than that, and this is a great example.
I crafted mine with well rounded and keep away to benefit from my stasis lock build and its so damn good. Fell back in love with 120s at the start of lightfall
120 handcannons have always been my guilty pleasure weapons. Bottom Dollar, Igneous Hammar, True Prophecy, Round Robin, and even Duke mk 44. Loved and used then all even though they've almost always been outclassed by 140s.
I'm 100% with you. It FEELS incredible to land shots. The low stats hurt so bad though, it's really apparent they wanted us to take advantage of the origin trait since it juices it, but it's so suffering without it that I find it hard to justify.
I have been jokingly calling it my crafted Bottom Dollar, E-Well Rounded and E-FocusFury are amazing together. Have close to 500 pvp kills on it already.
I listened to everyone about Redaction as well. Just picked one up with Destabilizing Rounds and I figured why not give it a shot since Destabilizing Rounds works well with my build. Turns out that I love it and yeah... it feels really good.
I've crafted it but just not leveled it enough yet. It is also just satisfying to me having a gambit gun with a taken reskin, with a reckoning ornament, and a gambit memento on it.
I love this gun. I'm more PVE focused. But I run mine with destabilizing rounds and triple-tap. I pair it with a crafted regnant grenade launcher with repulsor brace and I can just tear through deep-dives, salvage, NF, Master LS, etc.. Grab a last wish and you're good-to-go. Lot's of survivability and big boom booms.
YEEES COOLGUY! We see legitimately eye to eye 1. Gun just *feels* amazing. This was slightly nerfed when they fixed its recoil pattern to that of a 120, but still good 2. Explosive Payload on a 120. It is good and primed to be better 3. The thing can be a stat MONSTER, and has multiple truly S-Tier Builds: -- Well Rounded Facade Grapple camp Spam Hunter. You have Well Rounded x2 up at all times, along with the grapple = handling fragment buff up at all times, Along with Flinch Resist and Woven Mail(!) at all times. This build is comically good. ESPECIALLY since I already love the FEEL of it! -- Ability Spam Void Hunter. This build focus around constantly keeping your abilities at zero to proc the origin trait. Buffs Stability and Handling at all times. It really feels good and theres a couple ways you can go about it. Dragons Shadow Invisibility spam is Really freaking good. Like REALLY GOOD! Theres also Gemini Jester + Perfect Float. The Jester proc makes it so easy to stay "in combat" for perfect float. Now you've got perfect float up a lot alongside the origin Trait. These are two S-Tier Builds. I have TWO Fully Crafted Targeted Redactions! The thing is a beast. And these were just quick summations. Each build could be a 8 minute video.
@CoolGuyGames I agree. I built mine with well rounded and keep away and abuse it on my strand hunter. maybe the negative hate is that it is kind of niche in some ways, but where it fits, it feels really really good ESPECIALLY with the ornament.
I overlooked this gun and am so sad I did. I just crafted it last week with well rounded and keep away. I can’t wait to get explosive payload. I’ve been running this with Solar ahamkara tripmine hunter and the loop makes this thing insane. Since you are constantly hitting people with grenades and melees, well-rounded is always active and you get grenade energy back to constantly keep it up. You use your dodge to immediately get max handling and reload. Then you’re out of abilities and it prok’s the origin trait to improve stability even more. It feels like an absolute stat freak with this build
I started in season of the deep and targeted redaction was one of the first weapons I masterworked just cause it looked cool, glad to know those resources weren't a total waste and I can use my masterworked shitroll until I can craft

I historically hate handcannons. But this gun is just butter. The origin trait is what really does it for me. Been running well rounded and keep away. Just so solid.
I like this thing a lot. I went Fluted/Accurized/Well Rounded/Keep Away, handling masterwork (I can't stand clunky feeling 120s). The thing just feels great. Not the flashiest of perks, but it's a really solid PvP primary, and it looks amazing.
I absolutely love my outlaw, keep away redaction! Still leveling my crafted and might change it a little, but probably not much, just balancing stats better I'd imagine
I really like mine with shot swap and keep away. Enhanced keep away is really nice becasue it gives you very good reload bonus and shot swapis basically free 100 handling. Those are usually the lowest stats on 120s and with these perks it feels great.
I got back into d2 about a month ago and saw that spare rations was back. Like the naive fool i am, I didn’t think they’d lock it behind a season pass- (yes, i caved and bought the season) seeing as i have like 6 free sunsent shadowkeep godrolls lol. Realized how awful it is now and grinded targeted. Got lucky and had a perfect balance of range and stability. It’s a good gun but idk, it feels different than other energy 120s. My igneous has less stability but feels way smoother. Maybe that’s too high a bar lol.
As a Hunter PvE main, I LOVE this Hand Cannon. It's purely a feel thing, I am aware. But, Gyrfalcon can make any Void weapon go BRRRRRRRR and Lucky Pants can do the same with any Hand Cannon. If Hand Cannons become PvE meta again, and frankly even if they are just ok, you will want to have this in your back pocket.
The roll I crafted, well rounded , Keep Away, Accursed and Fluted Barrel has been very enjoyable in crucible. Especially running Devouring Wizard. Give it a try
I really like this hand cannon, was not impressed with the perk pool but once i tried it i love it! As a bottom dollar/igneous hammer/steady hand/round robin enjoyer i am glad this one exists!
One thing I like and I don’t know if this is widely known: you can use the old gambit ornament on those taken variants and it really looks cool with that taken effects on it.
Okay, so last 2 days i gave this HC a shot. Im in love. I wasn't going to craft this. But it feels so damn good. Sometimes you gotta set Iggy down and try new things.
2:26 Pure Poetry with Fragile Focus and Elemental Capacitor can hit 88 range with 70 stability. Sadly mine has Perpetual Motion instead of Fragile Focus
I'm not sold on 120 Hand Cannons as a whole right now. That nerf to their damage a while back seemed kinda unnecessary, then we got 120 scouts which have the same damage model but more range and DMT and Long Arm have better close range capabilities with Hip-fire perks. And with Warden's Law and the new archetype coming next season, they're gonna have the old pre-nerf 120 damage model. So we'll have 2 different weapon archetypes that do what 120 hand cannons do, but better.
I actually really like it! Using it in PVE mainly tbf. Smallbore, Steady Rounds, Enhanced Outlaw, Enhanced Destabilising Rounds & I'm pretty sure I went Range MW. It's a really fun HC in PVE, especially on Void Classes!
I still have my Hoarfrost build and let me tell you, it works amazingly well together because of one simply thing. Sure it doesn't 2 tap with a click of a grenade button but, you use your abilities and get increased everything that matters in PvP. You gain your abilities back (which is really easy with stasis) and you can continue running mayhem on the enemy guardians I'm not the best player admittedly, but this build and gun is just so fun to use o7
I’m not a big fan of hand cannons, but targeted redaction is the best aggressive hand cannon I got my hands on so far. I still love the feel of the precision frames
So I was messing around with TT + Keep Away since i wanted to level the gun, and I honestly found that it felt TOO sticky. Throwing on void targeting made it feel so weird because i could physically feel my aim being pulled, and that's on PC! I'm not a big HC user so maybe that's just how 120s feel but I was hitting headshots that had no right to hit, but it also felt terrible at times b/c I had to fight the gun itself.
The first bottom dollar I ever got was a rangefinder, explosive payload. This was back when 120 were very hot but even now with the rangefinder nerf it still slaps.

When it still had the recoil pattern of spare rations (perhaps it still does? It's either fixed or on the way) it felt like a 180 with well rounded x2 procced. It was actually jarring. I couldn't hit anything 😅 with follow up shots because you didn't need to correct your aim at all. Pretty amazing. I've yet to try my well rounded roll since the nerf.
I got this and immediately fell in love with it at the beginning of the season. Call me crazy but even though I had the Outlaw/Destabilizing Rounds combo on my first drop I still crafted one anyway with that same combo. Never know when Bungie will will buff or nerf something so having a crafted version of this HC is a safe bet. For me at least. This weapon isn't for everyone and I can respect that.

I just don’t think there’s any room for targeted. Igneous can get 90 range, 75 handling, and over 50 stability at BASE. Targeted is insanely power crept even when compared to Y1 HCs like Steady Hand or True Prophecy
This gun is a BEAST on Sentinel. I use it on my (soon to be buffed) GM doomfangs build. Its increbily good with controlled demo and destab rounds. I personally use trip tap as I like being rewarded for my accuracy.
With this handcannon, before the recoil pattern change I hated it. After the fix I absolutely love it. Tried it out and had a ton of fun with it on void warlock.
Finally someone who understands Unsated Hunger. It is the reason why this handcannon and for instance Different Times isn't a stat monster. Else it would be overpowered. You need to combine it with a class that can keep it up quite often.

How about Well Rounded with a CD Exotic, like Graviton? High Mobil, gaining invis and gaining that insane melee regen. Maybe Khepri's Sting or Caliban's? Even Spine of Ahamkara? High regen, high stats, etc. Sounds good.

With destabilizing rounds, this turns into a mini void sunshot in pve against the weaker enemies.

So good, and I really hope they don’t powercreep Igneous Hammer. They’ve explicitly stated that they prefer to make stat monsters have more mediocre perks, but it’s hard to say with comp and trials weapons.
Fully agree here, I'm probably gonna go for the well-rounded and EP combo since I do strand quite a bit, and all the void classes make plenty of use out of both grenade and melee (wombos, etc.). Its just a very satisfying weapon and people sometimes get too hung up on the ttk part, but like, there is more to weapons than that, and this is a great example.
I crafted mine with well rounded and keep away to benefit from my stasis lock build and its so damn good. Fell back in love with 120s at the start of lightfall
120 handcannons have always been my guilty pleasure weapons. Bottom Dollar, Igneous Hammar, True Prophecy, Round Robin, and even Duke mk 44. Loved and used then all even though they've almost always been outclassed by 140s.
I'm 100% with you. It FEELS incredible to land shots.
The low stats hurt so bad though, it's really apparent they wanted us to take advantage of the origin trait since it juices it, but it's so suffering without it that I find it hard to justify.
I have been jokingly calling it my crafted Bottom Dollar, E-Well Rounded and E-FocusFury are amazing together.
Have close to 500 pvp kills on it already.
I listened to everyone about Redaction as well. Just picked one up with Destabilizing Rounds and I figured why not give it a shot since Destabilizing Rounds works well with my build. Turns out that I love it and yeah... it feels really good.
Basically: "Hey PvPers, not everything has to be Igneous for it to be good".

I run Outlaw and Keepaway on this thing and I absolutely adore it. I didn't even realize people didnt like it
I've crafted it but just not leveled it enough yet. It is also just satisfying to me having a gambit gun with a taken reskin, with a reckoning ornament, and a gambit memento on it.
I love this gun. I'm more PVE focused. But I run mine with destabilizing rounds and triple-tap. I pair it with a crafted regnant grenade launcher with repulsor brace and I can just tear through deep-dives, salvage, NF, Master LS, etc.. Grab a last wish and you're good-to-go. Lot's of survivability and big boom booms.
I agree. I like this gun. I was using Explosive Payload at first but, Enhanced Keep Away feels so good.

I love it. I crafted one with well rounded, keep away for my warlocks ozy build since i always start an engagement with a nade
YEEES COOLGUY! We see legitimately eye to eye
1. Gun just *feels* amazing. This was slightly nerfed when they fixed its recoil pattern to that of a 120, but still good
2. Explosive Payload on a 120. It is good and primed to be better
3. The thing can be a stat MONSTER, and has multiple truly S-Tier Builds:
-- Well Rounded Facade Grapple camp Spam Hunter. You have Well Rounded x2 up at all times, along with the grapple = handling fragment buff up at all times, Along with Flinch Resist and Woven Mail(!) at all times. This build is comically good. ESPECIALLY since I already love the FEEL of it!
-- Ability Spam Void Hunter. This build focus around constantly keeping your abilities at zero to proc the origin trait. Buffs Stability and Handling at all times. It really feels good and theres a couple ways you can go about it. Dragons Shadow Invisibility spam is Really freaking good. Like REALLY GOOD! Theres also Gemini Jester + Perfect Float. The Jester proc makes it so easy to stay "in combat" for perfect float. Now you've got perfect float up a lot alongside the origin Trait.
These are two S-Tier Builds. I have TWO Fully Crafted Targeted Redactions! The thing is a beast. And these were just quick summations. Each build could be a 8 minute video.
@CoolGuyGames I agree. I built mine with well rounded and keep away and abuse it on my strand hunter. maybe the negative hate is that it is kind of niche in some ways, but where it fits, it feels really really good ESPECIALLY with the ornament.

I overlooked this gun and am so sad I did. I just crafted it last week with well rounded and keep away. I can’t wait to get explosive payload.
I’ve been running this with Solar ahamkara tripmine hunter and the loop makes this thing insane. Since you are constantly hitting people with grenades and melees, well-rounded is always active and you get grenade energy back to constantly keep it up. You use your dodge to immediately get max handling and reload. Then you’re out of abilities and it prok’s the origin trait to improve stability even more. It feels like an absolute stat freak with this build
Strong way to abuse well-rounded as a perk is Arc Titan with knockout. Every knockout-empowered punch will give you a stack of well-rounded.
No one mentions this, but the best thing about the spare model is that it's the most gun looking gun. It looks RIGHT.

I started in season of the deep and targeted redaction was one of the first weapons I masterworked just cause it looked cool, glad to know those resources weren't a total waste and I can use my masterworked shitroll until I can craft

I historically hate handcannons. But this gun is just butter. The origin trait is what really does it for me. Been running well rounded and keep away. Just so solid.
I think you are right. People aren’t using this correctly. They think it’s just igneous hammer. But it’s more specialized than that.

I crafted one to get the season kills done and have enjoyed it way more than I thought I would.
I like this thing a lot. I went Fluted/Accurized/Well Rounded/Keep Away, handling masterwork (I can't stand clunky feeling 120s). The thing just feels great. Not the flashiest of perks, but it's a really solid PvP primary, and it looks amazing.

I absolutely love my outlaw, keep away redaction! Still leveling my crafted and might change it a little, but probably not much, just balancing stats better I'd imagine
I really like mine with shot swap and keep away. Enhanced keep away is really nice becasue it gives you very good reload bonus and shot swapis basically free 100 handling. Those are usually the lowest stats on 120s and with these perks it feels great.

I got back into d2 about a month ago and saw that spare rations was back. Like the naive fool i am, I didn’t think they’d lock it behind a season pass- (yes, i caved and bought the season) seeing as i have like 6 free sunsent shadowkeep godrolls lol. Realized how awful it is now and grinded targeted. Got lucky and had a perfect balance of range and stability. It’s a good gun but idk, it feels different than other energy 120s. My igneous has less stability but feels way smoother. Maybe that’s too high a bar lol.
As a Hunter PvE main, I LOVE this Hand Cannon. It's purely a feel thing, I am aware. But, Gyrfalcon can make any Void weapon go BRRRRRRRR and Lucky Pants can do the same with any Hand Cannon. If Hand Cannons become PvE meta again, and frankly even if they are just ok, you will want to have this in your back pocket.
The roll I crafted, well rounded , Keep Away, Accursed and Fluted Barrel has been very enjoyable in crucible. Especially running Devouring Wizard. Give it a try
I like it too. I like the feel of it period. As a 120 I deleted my gambit cannon after shooting this.
Had a blast with this weapon on strand. Well-rounded mixed with keep away you had godly range great stability and pretty snappy. 👍🏻
I really like this hand cannon, was not impressed with the perk pool but once i tried it i love it! As a bottom dollar/igneous hammer/steady hand/round robin enjoyer i am glad this one exists!
One thing I like and I don’t know if this is widely known: you can use the old gambit ornament on those taken variants and it really looks cool with that taken effects on it.
Okay, so last 2 days i gave this HC a shot. Im in love. I wasn't going to craft this. But it feels so damn good. Sometimes you gotta set Iggy down and try new things.
2:26 Pure Poetry with Fragile Focus and Elemental Capacitor can hit 88 range with 70 stability. Sadly mine has Perpetual Motion instead of Fragile Focus
I'm not sold on 120 Hand Cannons as a whole right now. That nerf to their damage a while back seemed kinda unnecessary, then we got 120 scouts which have the same damage model but more range and DMT and Long Arm have better close range capabilities with Hip-fire perks. And with Warden's Law and the new archetype coming next season, they're gonna have the old pre-nerf 120 damage model. So we'll have 2 different weapon archetypes that do what 120 hand cannons do, but better.
I actually really like it! Using it in PVE mainly tbf. Smallbore, Steady Rounds, Enhanced Outlaw, Enhanced Destabilising Rounds & I'm pretty sure I went Range MW.
It's a really fun HC in PVE, especially on Void Classes!
This roll has surprisingly become my favorite weapon of the season.

I still have my Hoarfrost build and let me tell you, it works amazingly well together because of one simply thing. Sure it doesn't 2 tap with a click of a grenade button but, you use your abilities and get increased everything that matters in PvP. You gain your abilities back (which is really easy with stasis) and you can continue running mayhem on the enemy guardians
I'm not the best player admittedly, but this build and gun is just so fun to use o7
I’m not a big fan of hand cannons, but targeted redaction is the best aggressive hand cannon I got my hands on so far. I still love the feel of the precision frames
Well rounded, keep away makes this thing an absolute laser beam.
So I was messing around with TT + Keep Away since i wanted to level the gun, and I honestly found that it felt TOO sticky. Throwing on void targeting made it feel so weird because i could physically feel my aim being pulled, and that's on PC! I'm not a big HC user so maybe that's just how 120s feel but I was hitting headshots that had no right to hit, but it also felt terrible at times b/c I had to fight the gun itself.
The first bottom dollar I ever got was a rangefinder, explosive payload. This was back when 120 were very hot but even now with the rangefinder nerf it still slaps.
Also finding out this pairs really well with a void Titan with no backup plans
I’ve been using a targeted redaction with outlaw and destabilizing rounds with gyrfalcon this season for PvE and it’s become my go to primary for void hunter
This might be a decent replacement for my Rangefinder/Explosive True Prophecy once they decouple zoom.
When it still had the recoil pattern of spare rations (perhaps it still does? It's either fixed or on the way) it felt like a 180 with well rounded x2 procced. It was actually jarring. I couldn't hit anything 😅 with follow up shots because you didn't need to correct your aim at all. Pretty amazing. I've yet to try my well rounded roll since the nerf.
I agree with you, this hand cannon feels great to use. Not sure where the hate comes from, but sometimes it is just individual preference.
This was the first 120 I liked. I put shot swap/keep away on mine and ran it with an Imperial Decree with slideshot/shot swap and did pretty good.
I got this and immediately fell in love with it at the beginning of the season. Call me crazy but even though I had the Outlaw/Destabilizing Rounds combo on my first drop I still crafted one anyway with that same combo. Never know when Bungie will will buff or nerf something so having a crafted version of this HC is a safe bet. For me at least. This weapon isn't for everyone and I can respect that.
I crafted mine about a few weeks ago with fluted barrel, accurized rounds, outlaw and explosive payload with a stability masterwork and it feels great. Although I’m considering changing outlaw to well rounded
That first column of perks is brutal.
I just don’t think there’s any room for targeted. Igneous can get 90 range, 75 handling, and over 50 stability at BASE. Targeted is insanely power crept even when compared to Y1 HCs like Steady Hand or True Prophecy

This thing was nuts during the season with double firebolts and the 140 recoil.
This gun is a BEAST on Sentinel. I use it on my (soon to be buffed) GM doomfangs build. Its increbily good with controlled demo and destab rounds. I personally use trip tap as I like being rewarded for my accuracy.
I love this hand canon and I use it with my void titan. I agree with it. I especially love the feel of it and I am just a hand canon lover.

Finally someone who understands Unsated Hunger. It is the reason why this handcannon and for instance Different Times isn't a stat monster. Else it would be overpowered. You need to combine it with a class that can keep it up quite often.
Yep I told my people a long time ago the gun is great if you enjoy gunplay over ability spam it feels so good when I’m on my warlock with longer cool downs

How about Well Rounded with a CD Exotic, like Graviton? High Mobil, gaining invis and gaining that insane melee regen. Maybe Khepri's Sting or Caliban's? Even Spine of Ahamkara? High regen, high stats, etc. Sounds good.
the first one i got was well rounded frenzy and that gun felt nuts to use in pve. can't wait for the handcannon buffs in that sandbox
