I love this fast style of tutorial. I can gain the information required much faster this way, and don't waste hours on basic keyboard shortcuts or modeling techniques I already know. It's not a beginner style of tutorial sure, but not every tutorial has to be aimed at giving beginners a comprehensive guide. Besides, you can always slow it down and pause the video.
0:39 please help. when i made it object like shown after that a pen icon appeared for you and you clicked the rock thing, how do you make it the rocky ground?
you prolly dont care but if you're stoned like me atm you can stream pretty much all of the latest series on instaflixxer. I've been binge watching with my brother for the last couple of days xD
can you do one for procedural materials for terrain so it looks good (using pre made textures may look decent but they are static i want procedural materials that change based on topology)
HELP the maps provided onder links differ a bit from the ones you use regarding colors. Even after I found and adjusted map colors, none of them works when I plug them in. My terrain just looks like a wavy but flat ground, no displacement happening. Why do you plug Normal map into displacement node? help
this is not procedural, you used a pbr
how did the rock change suddenly at 0:08
I watched the entire video on 0.25x speed.
ah yes the correct way
big brainer
good tutorial but u didnt need to increase the speed that much. ppl can do it themselves if they needed to
It's good, but too fast. At least half the speed of this would be appropriate.
cool . this is perfect for my hogwards castle project
"our rock"
I highly recommend you to make your videos a lot slower. Good content, but a tutorial isn't meant to be this fast.
You could play it at x0.5 speed
If you struggle with something like this than you are likely a beginner, not everything is going to hold your hand along the way.
@@oozly9291 nobody cares what you have to say. its a tutorial not a test lol
I actually prefer faster tutorials, and you can always pause or rewind

@Crew Sawyer Yup, have been watching on InstaFlixxer for months myself :)
@@crewsawyer6822 You're obviously stoned cause what you just said holds no relation, at all, to this video.
@@dygon7663 its a bot. idk why its message is so weird
great tutorial man had a really fun time making it!
How is it procedural when you use image textures? Isn't the purpose of procedural materials to not have to use image textures?
its in the title... i just modeled it procedurally. if you want procedural texture, use noise texture with high detail and colorramp it:)
@@mantaflowlife9494 Still clickbait
