Fantastic and wonderful tour-de-force Cast, Bro. JAT, Hank, Billy, Mr. Announcer Guy, Jerry the Music Man, Just Reginald "Don't call me Reggie!" Obi-Wan, Plo Koon and Gandalf! Whew!! What a whirlwind of healthy, hearty and wholesome entertainment. Thank you, JAT Crew!
Yet to listen to this episode but I'm so excited to have a regular JAT cast back. Funny your favorite number being 4 as that's the episode that God used to comfort me in a time of losing my childhood home. Got me in for Tidus, left w/ a testimony that assured the Lord's hand over me and my family. Forever apart of the fellowship. I hope to meet you IRL at a con in the New England area. God bless you and your fam JAT.
Hi James I hope despite your busy schedule, you are having a nice day, this episode was great to listen to. :) Yes I agree, everyone one of us is here for a reason, we may not know what it is, how or why we came to be born as who we are, or know how it manifests in our life, we are here to learn and grow, each of us in our own unique way. I like to think that we are part of the body of the Cosmos or God. Our relationship with the world is defined not by the world around us; it is defined or established by each of us for ourselves.
Really fun episode. I have played Rift Apart and as a huge Ratchet and Clank fan I'm actively praying Insomniac continues to make more 🙏 Thanks for reminding me to drink water I hope you have a smooth time at the con 💙
When i last saw you, you mentioned that the future trilogy was your favorite. Mine is still a crack in time. No matter how different or long that game will always be the top of all! To me. No.1!
Thanks for putting out another great episode, JAT! (Amazing, considering all the cons you've been traveling to lately!) And what a treat to hear Reginald-Don't-Call-Me-Reggie featured prominently today! Right, right, right, right... I really like it when he interviews you. And it was so fun hearing him interview Obi Wan and Plo Koon as well! A British accent fest!😅Hurrah!😍 It's good to hear more insights into the world of voice acting too. As an experienced actor, you have so much to teach and offer to young aspiring actors - it's so good of you to do this and to encourage people, while also being realistic about how much things have changed over the years. I hope you are recovering from the con in Ontario, California. Loved all your posts on Instagram!🥰 It looked like SO much fun! It's wonderful how you give out so much of your energy to so many people. I hope your ears survived the flights and you are able to rest and re-charge for a little bit now. Thanks so much for everything you do.🙏💕
Fun episode! It was great to have Reginald on the show again, but I feel bad for him getting teased so much... If it's really that fun to say "Don't call me Reggie" instead of his regular name, maybe that's why Billy likes to call you "Just James sir James" instead of your regular name too!
I'm gonna be real, I feel like Reginald would definitely get along with Crosshair from Star Wars the Bad Batch. I mean in all honesty for both os these men, both tend to be very stern men with a very strong British accents, I wouldn't be surprised if Reggie were to be assigned as his ongoing therapist for Crosshair in my head canon for the Bad Batch series. If I could make a fan tv web series on Crosshair going to Reginald, I love to have Jat and Dee Bradley Baker involved as Reginald and Crosshair (along with the rest of the Bad Batch) respectively. 😆😅😂
Manuel "Manny" Both’Hanz was a double agent of the Rebel Alliance, a very short Human or near-human. He had a romantic relationship with Mon Mothma. The camera peers into his mind through his cold eyes. We Wade through the story of him retrieving the Death Star II plans and turning them over to General Crix Madine. *Crix:* The Rebellion owes you a debt of gratitude. *Manny:* I understand. It’s all part of the job, though. I can’t go back. Tell Mon that (he pauses). Tell her I didn’t make it. It’ll be easier if she thinks I died on the mission. [He slices his hand with a knife and, with a look of assurance and Crix’s approving nod of understanding, wipes the blood on Crix’s vest.] We cut to Mon Mothma saying, Manny Both'Hanz died to bring us this information. #MakeRogueTwoHappen #MakeSolo2Happen
Hearing you talk about fans and Plo Koon reminded me that I keep seeing a growing opinion that Clone Wars Seasons 1 and 2 (And even up tot the midpoint of Season 3) just aren't good, and I'm of the opposite opinion, they are some of the best Clone Wars had to offer. My personal favorite Season is Season 4, but as the show went on, everything started to really just be broken up into 4-part story arcs (Which always had an episode that fell flat for me at either part 3 or 4), and I missed seeing some of the one-off side stories that only took an episode or two, of following the narrative of one Jedi for a specific part of the story that then connected to a larger whole. Seasons 1 and 2 were initially designed to be more or less a continuation off what Genndy Tartakovsky did with the Microseries, and every now and then in that show, instead of just focusing on Anakin and Obi-Wan, you got stories exploring Kit Fisto, Mace Windu, Luminara and Barriss, Ki-Adi-Mundi, and later on there were extended sequences with Shaak Ti, and Saesee Tiin. Plo Koon getting the primary focus of an episode was great because we just never really saw him do much, and then you get great character beats like how he views the Clones versus how they view themselves. Don't get me wrong, I love Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Ahsoka, but as the show went on, there were far less episodes that focused on some of the ancillary characters that were just there to fill seats in the Prequels, and if they were in an episode, it was to guest spot alongside the main cast, not take center stage. And that's not to say, "Hey, I don't want X voice actor around," your jobs are to make characters, and case and point is JAT being both Obi-Wan and Plo Koon, I bet there are plenty of other Jedi that could have been voiced by the principle cast, or as villains for guest actors playing the Jedi to go up against. Nobody has to be left out from getting work. This is a galaxy wide event taking place, why is it that we are only focusing on a small handful of characters? There's certainly a budgetary concern, the anthology nature of the show can also be seen as offputting at times because you do still bounce from perspective to perspective, but I just dislike hearing this opinion that Seasons 1 and 2 are lesser than what came later to the point that you can just skip them. Episodes like Ambush, Rising Malevolance, Cloak of Darkness, Lair of Grievous, Jedi Crash, Liberty on Ryloth, Landing at Point Rain, Weapons Factory, Legacy of Terror, Lethal Trackdown, Clone Cadets, and Hunt for Ziro are highly enjoyable, and hugely important because they showcase the underutilized characters there just wasn't time to dedicate to in the Prequels because it wasn't their story, and I really enjoy their contribution to the larger story arcs they were part of in Clone Wars. These episodes are also informative to the main cast we tended to follow and all the stuff from the first few Seasons does ultimately inform their actions later on, how can folks just dismiss all of that? Is it a generational thing? Is it content bloat on the Internet? The growing polarity of everything where it has to be the best thing ever or the worst thing ever? I don't get it. But I am happy to hear that there are fans out there who do love the episodes focusing on the less explored characters like Plo Koon (Which is a bit ironic because being Dave's favorite character, he got a lot more exposure than other Jedi, and at least one dedicated moment in each Season except the last, which really took me by surprise.).
What an amazing way to start the morning, I wish you a good one” Shmobi-Bobi”

Hello there :)
Somehow I imagine Hank using puppets before the intro 😆
I was gonna say somehow Hank knows how to rap like Biggie Smalls. 😂😂😂
