3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp powdered sweetener (more if you want - I used this one: amzn.to/3fwfR4h)
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Dash of salt
Nutrition for the ENTIRE recipe: Calories - 610, Fat - 58g, Protein - 10g, Total Carbs - 21g, Fiber - 11g, Net Carbs - 10g

Mayra, just wanted to take a second to thank you for another amazing recipe. I NEVER comment on videos but wanted to now. I have done keto on and off for twenty years. I am no slouch in the kitchen and can usually find a way to improve on the recipes I find. I CANNOT with yours. Every single recipe we have tried ( wife and I) is untouchable. This one is no exception. Just made it. AMAZING. Wondered how long they would keep in the fridge. Turns out....about three minutes.😁 Keep them coming. Thank you so much for this delicious recipe, I just started cutting down a lot on my sugars and when I saw this recipe I thought I should try it. I usually make half of the batch of any new recipe I try, but when I saw the ingredients I doubled the amount. It came out so delicious, I even started eating it before I rolled it in the topping. I got about 16 pieces from double the amount, but only 11 are left after I was done😁

I've made so many of Mayra's recipes. Some of the best. Another one for my recipe book. Her potatoe salad, nachos, enchiladas, pizza etc are excellent.
Just an FYI “Dutch processing” removes the healthy phytonutrients so you should look for natural not Dutch processed for the healthiest options.
I would love for you to post more no-bake recipes if they are as good as these cookies. Who knew Keto could be so user-friendly? Thanks, hun you are the best

These are really good, you would never know it was sugarless/keto. I did the outside dipping crumble with monk fruit, next time I'll leave out the sugar to roll them in. They were sweet enough. I find monk fruit lvs a very very slight aftertaste. Thank you for all your delis recipes. You rock girl. Cheers from Vancouver b.c.

Mayra, ALWAYS enjoy your recipes and personality. But it's very helpful to me to be able to print out ALL the recipe, not just an Ingredient List. I realize that this 'No Bake Cookie' is very easy to make, and even though I am very good in the kitchen, it may be months before I make these cookies, and a step-by-step is helpful the first time. And you are probably correct that after one time, you might not need the printed recipe as they are so easy. Thanks again for your efforts. Steve

I'm new to Keto and I made them!!!! They were delicious! Nutty and chocolate, which is my favorite combo. The only difference for me? I opened up a coconut, and grated the fresh coconut. I also toasted some of the coconut. Took time consuming. In the future I'll use pre-shredded. I used almonds. And I am new to "Splenda Naturals Stevia." I would use LESS than a tablespoon of that particular sweetner. But overall, great recipe. My preteen wants to try it with real sugar, LOL.
