Wow thank you! Looking forward to making these after enjoying the keto flatbread recipe so much. I plan to use fresh made peanut butter from market that has a nut grinder so no added sugar.
I just discovered your channel today and I am making these cookies TODAY! So many of your recipes focus on foods that typically use flour as a main ingredient. So I hope that one day you will show us how to make baguettes or hoagie rolls that are keto. I would use those to make cheesesteak sandwiches on my new outdoor griddle. I'm looking forward to trying your other recipes. Thank you!
Looks great--love PB cookies! Going to try these plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs. Thanks for sharing
I will make these today Ludmila I think I think I will add some keto chocolate chips in some and maybe chop nuts in a few Like always thank you for a great and EASY recipe!!
This is close to my families regular recipe, one cup PB, one cup sugar, one egg, and there's no reason you can't use the KitchenAid to mix it, by the way.
All 3 of my kids ate them with milk & I didn’t even bother w sweetener. Mixed peanut & almond butter. Bit crumbly will try adding butter next time. Healthier option to fill my kiddos “cookie” desire. Thanks
Thank you for watching! Find the readable recipe here lowcarbabode.com/3-ingredient-keto-peanut-butter-cookies/
I think it's great that you have a linkable recipe most people's don't link up.❤
They are delicious! Ty for the recipe. As a T2D I missed peanut butter cookies. My favorite cookie.

Chocolate chips are always a good idea 😃
Thanks, I will try this.
These look so good!
@@idahardy4052 Thank you!
Wondering what the result would be with tahini (sesame seed butter).
Hmm, I don't know. But it may be good 😃
Feel an experiment coming on, will report back. Thinking it might be a Turkish style halva alternative @@lowcarbabode
Would Swerve granular work the same or the one you list?
You can use Swerve 😃
Can I use Allulose as the sweetner?
I haven't tried it with allulose, so I'm not sure.
They may get too brown. Try monk fruit!
I have peanut butter dry peanut butter can I still use this make this recipe with eggs
What do you mean with dry peanut butter? Just like regular peanut butter that's on the drier side or do you mean pb powder?
2eggs vanilla
1cup peanut butter
Half cup of sweetener
This is close to my families regular recipe, one cup PB, one cup sugar, one egg, and there's no reason you can't use the KitchenAid to mix it, by the way.
Can you use pb2 instead of peanut butter?
No
Not with this recipe. It would come out too dry.
They look so good but taste so bad!!! Sorry but the taste and texture are a no no. I will use this basic base idea and modify it.
Sorry to hear! Hope you can make them work to your liking.
