My husband loves these and I love this video. I make cottage cheese cookies to use up the 3 egg whites, just cottage cheese, egg whites, sweetener and vanilla
I just made these cookies with a few modifications. Doubled everything except the nuts and coconut...added 1 tsp of baking powder. They are simply amazing!!! Thanks for this recipe! I’ve been following your channel for about two months (pretty much my entire Keto journey). I’ve also made you’re keto taco cups and probably a few others. I really like your recipes.

I'm thinking of drizzling a little coconut icing over them, using Swerve Confrectioner's sugar. I've made frosting using Swerve, when making a keto lemon pound cake. It was nice & creamy delicious!

Oh! I deffinately will try them without. I cant wait to make them. Going to make some with pecans & some with walnuts. I bet macadamia's would be good too. Sometimes, I dont wsnt chocolate. Have you heard of or tried ChocoZero? It's made with 'Monk Fruit'?

I have made several batches of these since you posted the recipe. Now I am getting requests from friends, including my wife's boss for a batch or two. These have to be the absolute best thing I've made. I use a silicone fat bomb mold and make tiny one-bites. Just enough to satisfy the sweet tooth. Thank you so much for this recipe!!!

I just had to tell you, how fabulous these are!!! All your work, was well worth it! As soon as I could take one out, I ate one. It was good but, when I waited an hour, they were so much better that, I had to put them away. lol I should have waited until Sat. morning to make them. I made them for the grandkids, oh well, I only ate a couple. Hopefully I won't eat any more until they get here. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!
