I love how realistic and human you keep stuff man. Over 9 months I’ve transformed from 122.8kg at my heaviest to a lean 11% body fat at 81kg with some muscle whacked on over the last month or two. And this is all because of people like you who advocate healthy but sustainable eating with balanced indulgence for pleasure as well as performance. The issue with a bean to cup machine is you’ll tend to over extract or under extract your coffee. With the Essanza mini (the machine you have) it’s pre-portioned with a perfect amount of coffee to water ratio every single time.
And with beans you’ll have to buy multiple bags for different flavours of coffee, unlike the capsules in which you can change flavours at a blink of an eye, while retaining the freshness of the coffee as it’s sealed in the capsule by aluminium. Additionally, the freshness of the beans reduces everyone you open a bag of them so yeah 🤷🏽♂️

I like how you have proper dinner and a light snack before bed, and I feel reinforced here because I am tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiired of people saying that eating at night is "bad". What is the most fun of this is that is usually people who do not work out or are fit saying that. Keep the cool and the cool videos coming mate.
