why not put in a round cake pan so not wasting all the the wraps

Anna Caswell i made one in a circular cake pan. cut like cake slices. was delish. used taco seasoning and ground chuck and plenty of veg incl jalepeno. topped with mexican mix cheese and a blob of sour cream. are five days !!!

There’s no such thing as a Mexican lasagna. This looks like a Pastel Azteca (Aztec Cake) It’s a traditional Mexican dish.
