- Welcome Bluudies, Todays Video bring your the Thermolining of the whole van. This process is used to help stop the booming effect inside of a van, as well as add the cruical first layer of insulation on the Floor, Walls and Roof. This process much quicker than before with the silent coat, this is mainly due to the sheets and roll being much larger and doesnt need to be warmed up to be stuck down.

Looks great! Are you going to insulate the arches? Made a massive difference in my car with the cld tiles for resonance and then ccf (dodo liner) on top👌👍

It's coming on a treat ! With all that weight your adding to the van you might have to fit a bigger turbo !!😆 ,just kidding 👍
Joke a side.. I have put just under 50kg with sound deadening in. The insulation does weight significantly less. But all in all with the insulation ill be around an extra 75 kg. There may be the chance for extra power once its together. As it will be needed.
