Because I wasn't living in the US at the time and they wouldn't send it to my country, and I knew I would be visiting Drew soon, I had it sent to his place, where it sat for a couple of months. Before I ordered my game, however, Drew found a copy of Hoppie for Nintendo DS, a game so obscure that it's not even listed on the Wikipedia list of DS Games, on Mexican Amazon. So he sent that to me and then, once we met up, we made a trade of these apparently rare games for each other.
Can't lie, this is one of the best Minus World stories I've now had knowledge of yet. I'd love to one days make friends like that who'd do the same as I could for them.

I really think Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn deserves an honorable mention. While it didn’t come as late as Pandora’s Tower, it still sold awfully at only about 300k copies are regularly goes for 70 to 100 USD secondhand. The Canadian print goes for a bit cheaper but that one has no manual.
I actually own two of these! Both CIB too, Pandora's Tower and Dokapon Kingdom. I actually have two Pandora's Tower, one PAL Australia copy and one NTSC-US copy :)

Dokapon kingdom is really fun. I haven't played the story mode yet but I didn't even realize I put 5 hours straight on free play vs a single npc. I was honestly really impressed. I can only imagine how fun it would be with a few friends. I've yet to try the other two but lost story is looking really good too. I swear some of these games are 10x better than the recent releases for the triple A genre on ps4 and xbox one. I don't own the new ps5 or xbox so I can't really say much for their games. I'll wait another year and wait till more he's get released. Can't wait for next year's black friday.
You can blame Atlus and The Runaway Guys for Dokapon's price increase. After they played it, a lot of people went out and picked it up (including me, got it for 20 bucks). But its a LOT of fun!

I own American Mensa Academy, actually kinda enjoyed it. Nothing special, but for what it's trying to be, it's a fairly entertaining brain trainer.

Nah, for some reason I thought I remembered The Last Story being higher as well, but it WAS Pandora's Tower that is more expensive.

I found that Cyberbike in a local second hand shop once for not much. Just didn't know what to do with it as didn't have the space so left it alone.
