- Dead pixels after two days of use. Here is the email I got from Huion. Horrendous customer service.

Regarding the problem, we believe that the tablet issue does not affect too much to your work. Considering it will cost you much time and money to return the item to China and fix it. If it is possible for you to accept CAD 30 partial refunds as compensation?

I was about to buy from them but now after reading their email, nope, I've changed my mind. 40 CAD! For real! I would not accept with less than half of the price compensation.
I do have to say that after getting to the right customer service person they did send me a replacement. This was after 2 more emails of what I responded to them as shameful responses.
However the customer service I received to begin with was horrendous and would put off many people if they weren't as pretentiously annoying as I can be.
It is a fantastic product and for the price nothing can compare. If you buy through amazon and have something happen within 30 days you can return it under amazon's replacement or refund warranty.

You should have warranty from your purchase go to their website and check out the warranty and then they can replace it
Warranty's for any display, including tv's and monitors, unless specifically stated, do not cover most pixel loss unless it is "obstructing the general use of the product".
don't bother buy this brand just a big disappointment

the replacement we have is a phenomenal piece of equipment, buying anything less than this quality is hampering your improvement
@@justinbouchard had an experience with huion shamefull service it was a terrible dialogue with them. They promised to pay back the shipping cost of the malfunctioned unit ( a bug got under the laminated layer ) and the taxes of the new unit but didn't keep it. The whole replacement process cost me as much as half of a new unit. Never going yo buy yhis brand.
