3:23 Turkish and Kurdish are completely different languages and they’re from different language families. Turkish belongs to Altaic language such as Mongolian, Kazakh, Korean and Japanese, whereas Kurdish belongs to Indo-Iranian family. In practice no similiar words as well.

Your Turkish knowledge is honestly very impressive and I love how you include information about the country itself as well, your Turkish is getting better and better! Love these videos! Just for additional info in case anyone wonders - the "iz" thing at the end of the word is not only used for addressing multiple people but also for formality. So let's take "Adınız nedir/ne?" as an example. You could use that to address multiple people at once, but you would also use the same wording for addressing elderly people/people you want to show respect to, etc. So you wouldn't say "Adın ne?" to an elderly woman on the street for example, but you would use it to address people that seem your age. Though you'll sometimes see young people talk in a nonformal manner to elderly strangers, usually in an aunt/uncle and niece/nephew type of way. Like one could say "Adın ne teyze?" and it'd be fine. "Nedir" also just makes the phrase even more polite, you could say "Adınız ne?" to a cute auntie, and "nedir" just adds extra formality.

Greetings from turkey. In fact, we use the suffix -iz not only as a plural suffix, but also for people who are more authoritative or older than ourselves. For example, we say “affedersin” to a friend, but we say “affedersiniz” to our teacher. This also expresses respect. I am very glad that you learned Turkish and explained it. As a turkish viewer, I really liked this content. You're doing great in learning turkish. And here is a little tip, you dont necessarily have to draw the dot of the letter 'ş' in that way. In turkey we draw it just as a tiny little dot. It does not need to be beautiful or exaggerated.

Kurdish language is not related with Turkish. Turkic languages are spoken in Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan,Kazakhistan,Kyrgzystan etc like middle-asian countries and belongs to Ural-Altaic lang group while kurdish is iranic language. Just an info
