0:53, Metra wiring kit will work and doesn't require you to butcher anything lexus related. 1:06 The group of speaker wires you're referring to is for the head units built in amplifier which is a max of about 40-50w to drive your speakers assuming you don't want to run an amplifier... (Lexus comes factory with 280w/200w between Nak and Pioneer) 1:11 you don't need to by-pass the amplifier if you don't want too and be budget friendly, you just need to trigger the amplifier on and you do that with the power antenna wire on the Metra harness. If you by-pass your amplifier you simply de-pin the connector the amplifier is connected to and run your new amplifier in same location or the rear deck lid but the wiring will correspond to all the speakers in the car thus no reason to run new wiring because copper doesn't degrade like the components in your old amplifier does. Your sub woofer can hold a new 10" sub woofer when you remove the old speaker and use speaker rings to get everything centred. If you run your original amplifier you can just upgrade your sub woofer to a dual coil and wire it parallel. I insulated my deck lid and it doesn't rattle. you can buy a 400W Marine waterproof amplifier ($50 on Amazon rn) that will funny enough not short if you place it in the stock location where they usually short out because the sun roof drains back up and can pool water up in the rear quarter and splash into the amplifier.

That would've been smart but the forum I read said that I should not be using a metra harness because it won't work. Would it be smart to use the metra harness and probe off of it, yes. Too late for that now haha.

I totally skipped the antenna I believe, and for the sub, there should be an RCA output you use.
