Hope you enjoy this one! Peters Art was such a great shop and I am loving my purchases. Let me know what you'd have bought and if you have been to Peters Art in Berlin! 💛 A few parts of the video might be a bit speedy, because I had to avoid filming customers or staff!
I love this art shop so much! So so happy to see this pop up on my timeline. 🥺 I live in Berlin and whenever I can I visit Peter's and stock up on art supplies. This really made my day, hope the shop gets lots of great exposure. Wishing you all the best on your art journey too, checking out your other videos after this one!
The Berlin shop Peters Art is simply wonderful, you can find things there that you simply can't find in other art shops. I am always incredibly happy when someone else discovers this wonderful place😍. I bought oil pastels and colored pencils there individually, as well as tinted paper and sketchbooks.
What a joy! Love Peter's Art. It's like a little labyrinth :-) and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. BTW, they also ship internationally if you still want to get those inks. #notsponsored I am a big fan of theirs.
Couldn't agree more! They're lovely in there. I'd go back if I visited Berlin again. Also want to check out a couple more shops if there's more time next trip! 💛 What did you get on your last trip?
Would u mind if u slowed down while you’re panning it’s just its very dizzying. Love seeing the fab art shops as I can’t get to them as they’ve closed our local ones. So thank u for taking us. 😊
Thank you for subscribing! Funny thing is, I slowed down the video afterwards in the edit and it's still too speedy for you; next time I'll slow it even more! 😃 A condition of my filming in these places is not including customers or staff faces 💛
Hi Ararti! What a lovely video!!! Now that watched it, I can't wait to go to that shop, next time I'm in Berlin. I already knew they had japanese brands that are nowhere else to find in Germany and I once ordered Panart brushes there online which are also nowhere to find in G. When I saw your Pental brushes they reminded me of the Sennelier Ink Brushes. I don't know, if you know them. They are are quiet cheaper than the Pentals but the ink is not watersolable after it dried... but I found, if you used the ink quiet heavily it still can be activated with water after it dried. I love to use them outdoors or if you are to lazy to put out paint but want to draw/paint quick sketches that look like you have used a brush. :)
Glad you liked the video, and thank you for watching!! 💛 Thanks also for the tip on the Sennelier brush pens! I'll keep an eye open for them. I did fill some empty brush pens with fountain pen waterproof ink and that seems to be working well so far! 👍🏼
@@ArtySubu Oh, I got some too. But also bought the propper acrylic refills. This works nicely. But my failed experiment included real ink from Amsterdam (Royal Talens) and the water brushes to imitate the ink brushes and in order to take my favorie inks outside. :)
Wow prismacolor open stock! Why can’t we have that here in the uk!!!!!! I’ll defo be going to that shop when I eventually go Berlin (one day!! 😂) great vid - thanks for sharing 👍🤓
@@ArtySubu I always wanted to see where my fav ink (deatrementis) was made in Germany and faber castelle 😂might have visit my German cousins and use that as an excuse to go there and check out all the art stores! 😂
@SketchingFineArt oh DeAtramentis inks are so good! I use the black waterproof one in my Fude nib pen! We might go again and I'll check out some more shops. A friend had a bad experience at Boesner so not sure about that one!
@@ArtySubu yep that’s the ink I use in all my fountain pens and dip pens - but it’s quite expensive and only a few places online sells it - it’s around £17 per bottle with delivery - wonder if it’d be cheaper from Germany 🤔also wanted to go Switzerland sooo bad to check caran d’ache supplies! 😂
It is indeed expensive, but lasts a LONG time. I also use Noodlers ink for ny everyday Parker fountain pen and that bottle has lasted well over 2 years and still half full! 👀💛
I have brought on line from here . Best prices on Art materials in Berlin not at all pretentious like most art shops here .. I know a few serious artist who use this store

Is your poor eye alright?
Hello! Yes, it's just a burst blood vessel, happens sometimes. Not painful but quite unsightly 💛 thanks for checking up!!

That's wonderful! I always prefer independent shops to the big box chains! 💛 Hopefully I'll visit again and try another store too
all those colours are so pretty 🥰🥰
The pencils? Aren't they?! I went sketching at the British Museum this week, and used the purple one - so nice and soft! 🤩

I'll keep that in mind next time! I was trying to avoid filming customers and staff! 👀💛 Glad you enjoyed it! Why did your local one close?
Moving too fast. Sorry, I felt dizzy
I'll slow it down next time - trying to avoid filming people coming in! 💛
@@ArtySubu love your channel just subscribed. Can understand now why you had to speed it up

@@ArtySubu I tried something similar: acrylic ink in cheap water brushes, but it didn't work. They leaked 🙈
I've just got a couple of empty Molotow markers and will experiment with filling them and make a video 💛👍🏼
