It's the best way to spend an hour right?! 😎 Yes, thank you, bloods were within my range, and just needed an iron infusion plus some added meds 👍🏼 all good
Great video! Thanks for the mention! I was born with kidney disease and had my right kidney removed while I was at uni, fingers crossed your tests come back as you hope! 🤞
Oh my goodness! That's hard, your parents must have been so stressed out 💛💛💛 hope yours is manageable? Tests came back ok, just a few things to fix. I didn't know mine were failing until they were useless. So a last minute diagnosis, dialysis and a transplant within 9 months when I went to India to my parents' home for a week's holiday!
Beautiful video hun I had kidney issues too mine was caused from a gynaecologist nipping the tube from bladder to kidney causing my heathy kidney to have 5 percent functioning I had it removed cause causing extreme pain.. now I’m having trouble with my left only kidney.. it’s so scary.. I hope your bloods came back great.. thank you for showing this beautiful shop.. I’m in Australia and I’m waiting on the new open stock of derwent chromaflow to come to my house i have the 72 set and cult pens has the new open stock only the 28 colour set I would love to buy the new 150 colour set but it’s to expensive.. thank you for sharing ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊xxxx
Aw I'm so sorry to hear that Kylie!!! 💛💛💛 Health issues are the worst - fortunately little moments help to forget for a while! Yes, my bloods came back within my usual range but I'm anaemic (just need an iron drip) and they added another new medication to slow the progression of my chronic kidney disease (diagnosed end stage 2012). Derwent is a UK brand and I might pop up to their pencil museum and factory in the Lake District soon. Wonder if they'd let me film there 🤔?! It's so pricey but sooooo good, hey? What else would you have bought from the shop if you'd been there with me? 😜
I’m glade ur test is good mine came back with very high red blood cells I think that’s what they call it.. I love Derwent I used the student brand during schooling hear in north Qld I’ve got basically every set of derwent I love colouring pencils I do a lot of adult colouring..
Oops I forgot I would love to buy everything lol I would like to learn how to watercolour the cass art paper looks interesting I really can’t choose we hen I go into the art stores in Townsville where I go blank cause I see stuff I would love.. I do a lot of online shopping ❤❤
I would totally buy EVERYTHING too 😜 their paper is really nice, and I've got my eye on the Winsor & Newton artist's watercolours. I have the Cotman set but it's a little chalky sometimes. Mostly I buy online cos of having to carry it back home, but it's nice to browse and see things in person first
I highly recommend the brush washer. It’s also a dryer. I hang my watercolor brushes to dry. I don’t use it for washing. Every morning I place brushes back in the jars standing. So easy
A great video. I know that area of London well. I am creative as well and love art. A superb place educational video. Thank you. Hope ya well and have an awesome weekend.
Thank you so much! 💛 I'd totally live in Hampstead if it wasn't so pricy! 😂 Have a lovely weekend! What would you have bought from the shop if you'd been there?
@@ArtySubu haha! It is tough. I have attempted it and it he not gone well. My wife loves mythology, so dragons of various complexities and also flowers. She has a lot of patience. I hope you have a great weekend and haven’t got too wet with the rain. I am glad I have come across your channel
Oh my goodness her pieces sound amazing!!! Dragons must be so complicated!!! 🐉 I haven't left the house today so still warm and dry. My husband walked the dog 😜💛
Thank you!! I’m coming from the US to London and Paris for the first time and was considering on skipping Cass Art because it seems so much like Blick’s (what we have in the US). But I spied some things we don’t have that I’d like to try 😊
Oh that's lovely to hear! The most central one is the little one just off Leicester Square, a slightly larger one in Soho, one on Kensington High Street, and then the biggest in Islington. If you're heading to Hampstead this is the one I go to most often!
Hi Arti thanks for sharing, I’m visiting London next week b4 I fly off to India being an artist I was wondering if I should visit this or the one in King’s Cross but now you have me in dilemma 😂 hmm very to try and catch both…..hope you recover well.
Hiya! It really depends where in London you are. Cass has several central London shops and Jackson's are slightly out of the way. Pricing for both is pretty competitive and you can always visit other places too like London Graphic Centre or L Cornelissen and so on. 💛
So sorry to have missed this store when I was in London. I did manage to go to Choosing and Keeping and Corneilssons. I plan on going back and will visit this store thanks to your video. How do you like the Cass brand ? I will also be going to Paris and hope to visit Seneilier (sp.). Do you have any store recommendations for Paris ?
It's worth visiting! In fact go to the flagship Islington one if you're in the Angel/King's Cross area, it's huge! I've never been to Paris! So no recommendations but I'd love to visit the Sennelier shop! Have a wonderful time 💛
Interesting!! ! They do have a fair number of supplies at lower prices than elsewhere but they also don't stock the cheapest ones. Much of what they have is artist quality, not as much student-grade. 🤔
Unfortunately not! But next time I go, I will ask about a ramp or alternative access... Once you get in to the shop up those few steps it's all on one level.
Thank you for taking us to the store with you 🥰 and I hope everything went well with your appointment 🌺
Glad you enjoyed it and thank you, results were as expected 🙂 what would you have bought from the shop?
I’m glad you found a way to reduce your anxiety after your blood test. I hope all is well. Great video! ❤❤❤
Thank you 💛 yes, all was as expected but need to fix my anaemia and they added some more medication! Glad you liked the video!
Ooh, I love a wander around an art shop! Thanks Arati. :) I hope everything is ok with your blood test results. x

I love my Khadi Fat Book. What a great video….. but tempting.
Glad you liked it! Khadi is lovely paper isn't it?! 💛
What a thorough shop tour! Loved seeing it
Thanks for watching!!! 💛 Do you have any of the supplies? What's on your wishlist?
@@ArtySubu right now, I’m saving up for a big set of pro markers. I don’t need them but I want them lol
Haha! Excellent! We all need something to strive for 👍🏼💛
I love me a CASS Art Hampstead visit! (and a cheeky Waggies next door too)
Ooh yes! It was too early in the day for me to eat lunch! There are so many good places to munch around there! 💛
This is so good, I love visiting London ☺☺
Glad you enjoyed it! What bit of London is your favourite?!💛

Thanks so much for that information! Really useful to know. It's still on my wishlist but I'll get it one day 😊

@@ArtySubuyou and me both! 😂 I live in Brixton. I would have bought the brush pens and origami paper. I draw and my wife loves origami
How cool! What kind of things does your wife make? I designed some kids books on origami robots and couldn't make a single one 😜

Silicone oil for acrylic pour. Causes cells to form.
Ah! Thank you! That explains the acrylic pour painting next to that section!!! 👍🏼💛

Ooh, go to the one in Islington, it's way bigger! 👏🏼 Have fun! Where in India are you going? I am Indian too!
Good to know Islington is the biggest
3 separate floors of supplies there!!! 💛😜
Hi Arati! If there's only time for one - Cass or Jackson's, which would you recommend? Is one cheaper than the other?

Did I hear you say you painted silk if so do you still do it I would love to see some of it
Yes, I painted silk from 2013 to 2022... My Instagram for that is still around at instagram.com/adevasher 💛
I love Cass stores but I find them to be really pricey!
