Just incredible. I came here after I watched a Highlight video from the Dt auditions. Someone commented there about this song Aquiles recorded and I must say. It's delightful to see such an amazing drummer like him play such a masterpiece. I think that the edition DT made about his audition was mean. He would certainly fit perfectly there, but hey, screw that. Looking forward for the Midas Fate album and tour, they will be big.
I wanna see more videos of Aquiles playing songs of this band. It's so unique. In a time when bands sound so generic is refreshing to hear something quite original as Stillborn Reason. I want this band new record ASAP

5:55 just truly astonished me! Wow! As for the Dream Theater auditions, I personally believe that Mangini's a better fit for them, however, within his own style of music, there's no doubt in my mind that Priester's a phenomenal drummer! Also a big fan of those two bars at 5:13.
he amazes me how relaxed he is doing this...remaining relaxed during very difficult passages is what makes alot of this possible. mastering being calm cool and relaxed is a skill in itself on alot of drum parts. Mapex Saturn Rules!
+Guillermo . G I disagree...muscle memory is a totally different thing than what I was talking about. I have muscle memory but still am too tensed under certain attemps of particular types of riffs which makes for particular things too difficult or fail.
5:45 those fills on the splashes that then lead up a monster fills on Tom's. It's just so powerful and so badass I mean the whole thing is killer but that's my favorite part
Apart from the quality which I can only dream about matching, I think his drumming is one of the coolest looking around. Despite how shitty I play I want to look like that when I do it.
