How I learned to Touch Type in 30 Days

- Опубліковано 26 бер 2021
- For the last 30 days I made it my mission to learn how to touch type. Before this I would always look down and peck each key. This is my journey. Challenge Accepted! Heavily inspired by Ali Abdaal's video on typing.

omg that's amazing!!! I remember when I was in grade 4 or so and we had those colourful mac computers.. there was a software where we learned to touch type!
wow you learned to touch type in grade 4 amazing! and here I am almost 30 finally learning ahahah
👌🏾❤
@@TidbitTek lmaooo but you areeee a BEAST right now!!! We didn't practise for very long .. I'm glad you don't let age come between learning new skills! #inspiration
I thought the UA-cam app on my phone is buggy...man you deserve far more subscribers. Subbed.
Thank you Pritesh!
How do you have only 72 subscribers? This quality is amazing.
Thank you so much! I try ahah
Hey I am happy for your results and congrats and I wanna give u a piece of advice u should start practicing on type racer in tht u have punctuations and numbers too so tht would be helpful in real life typing too
Thanks for the advice! Yeah I've been practicing on monkeytype for the last little bit to work on my capitalization and punctuations.
@@TidbitTek nice keep going
Good job 👍
You made me laugh i enjoy this 🤣 😊
This inspired me
Brother which website is best for type practice
Hahaha Great stuff!!!
How many hours a day did you practice?
Nice vid
Man you're funny! The progress was amazing too! Will we see more videos on your road to achieving 156 wpm?
ahah thanks! 156 is far away lol, I'm just trying to break the 100 wpm barrier first, but 156 is the dream..
@@TidbitTek I am sure even the 100 wpm one will be very interesting you choose make that😊
@@PingPongReview thanks for the idea I'll make an episodic series!
@@TidbitTek Yay! Amazing I will look forward to it🥳
It's all about the journey!
LETS GO!
Learning touch-typing is a nolifer thing.
How big are you now ? wpm not inches
"bigger number, better person" subscribed 😂
Ahah thanks Max!
Geez, drop the misleading title. I expected a serious video and instead got some low subscribed channel with cringy jokes.
Which I laughed at a lot and subscribed immediately. Also, you should be proud of your production quality. Keep it up. Both the content and your touch typing too 😂
Ahah you got me with that first bit but I appreciate the honesty because under every joke is some truth! Thank you for the support!
@@TidbitTek lol, it was the truth. I did expect a serious video, the production quality helped with the expectation then when the joke started I was entertained and was super surprised at the low subscriber count. Like this level of prod quality has only this much? Keep doing it man!
Whats the site you using for typing
In the video I used keybr.com and monkeytype.com
My touch typing is 10 wpm ..and your at starting was 30 ...so it's little bit easy for u ....
We all start somewhere, as long as your practice you can easily be above average :)
@@TidbitTek yeah ..but although it requires patience and lot of hard work ...and passion to learn
@@GkSansaar Without a doubt! I spent at least 15 minutes and sometimes an hour practicing for those 30 days. But its better to have tried and failed than not to have tried at all. All the best on your touch typing journey!
@@TidbitTek I have typing test on 14th September for a govt job ...and I need 30 wpm and accuracy of 95 percent minimum..I am practicing 2 hours daily ...hope so I will make it ...any suggestions
@@GkSansaar From what I discovered practicing everyday, after I reach about 15 minutes of practice I would keep going BUT as soon as my typing accuracy dips below 85 or even 75 I would stop and take a break for a couple of hours or even stop for the rest of the day. I noticed that when I do get back to practicing my accuracy returns back to over 95%. I kept doing this and I was able to type longer, with better accuracy, and a faster speed! I hope this helps in some way and you get that government job!
