Grass fed AND grass finished - We love you!
I've received my first box from ButcherBox, and it was AWESOME!!! All the beef cuts were tender, and that's something we've hard difficulty finding in grassfed beef!! The chicken was awesome, too!! Thanks, ButcherBox!! Please promise me that you'll NEVER CHANGE!!! Cow/chicken love!!!
I started with Butcher Box last spring while I was still living part time in SC. The boxes I received were excellent. Had trouble with one shipment arriving in disarray and partially defrosted. I discontinued service partially because of the issue I had and because I was moving back to NY for the summer/fall. I recently signed up again because I was assured that a new customer service team was in place. I worked with a wonderful lady named Pam ( I think). I had questions and concerns. I ordered the extra large box and everything has been fabulous. So happy I decided to give you guys another shot!

Recieved my first box yesterday and everything was thawed out. My original tracking said by end of day Friday and then changed to end of day Saturday. It seems that the issue was most likely the currier. I was pissed at first and called customer service. They instructed me to toss the meat and that they would be sending me out another box this week. This reassured me that I made the right decision in choosing this service. I can't wait to try the meat.
When I first heard of Butcher Box on Facebook, I had to try it. Because of my thyroid condition, my doctor recommended only grass fed animal meat (100%). I love that I get the grass fed beef shipped to my door, and the recipes that are included with the meat purchase. Looking forward to trying the mixed box (beef, chicken, pork). Also loved the free bacon on the first order!
It almost seems to good to be true, how is this profitable? is there really going to be enough pasture land for all of these animals when it becomes mass consumed? I look forward to trying it out, just ordered my first box.

Found out about you on Joe Rogans Pod cast tried it out and loved it I’ve been looking to switch over to more grass feed meat and when i cooked my first order i knew i made the right choice the meet better than store bought it’s a darker red the bacon is crunchy to better than store bought if you guys can figure out how to ship eggs too that’ll be great but right now I’m subscribed regardless

Love Butcher Box, but have a quick question regarding your video. At the end you mentioned that you were planning on taking your concept to chicken and pork. So, are the chicken and pork items in the Butcher Box orders naturally raised or, where do they come from?
They too are naturally raised. Our Pork is Heritage Breed, and the chickens are free-range and organic. :)
Frankie Free Range meats say you guys sell feedlot beef,pork,and chicken. Been buying from you guys. Hope he is full of it.
You said in a previous add that butcher box is some of the best meat you have ever tasted. But have you ever tasted your own meat?
Oh my goodness. Just got my first order. The bacon was first thing I made. So thick cut and we'll veined long strips were crisp and flavor was fantastic. Tonight we had chicken tenders simply marinated briefly in mesquite and baked. Tender and moist but not wet. Not dry and again the flavor. Thank you BB I'll be ordering again.
