Don’t be afraid to do the bushings yourself. You can buy a the hydraulic tool to push them out and in. Let be honest Bob… you did the injector cups in your driveway. Don’t let others talk you out of doing the job yourself. I have faith in you. 🤷🏻♂️

Get the number off axle see how much it is take yours out install new one as far as alignment one side is stationary the other is adjustable measure the stationary side to center of saddle then adjust the adjustable side to that measurement.
Call Ne-Ro tire and brake before you spend 3k at Fleetpride. Their rate is 125.00 an hour and James that does the heavy duty work there is good at what he does. I was there on Friday the 7th and he was about 2 weeks out on jobs.
I know it's on the other side of the country, but Michigan MD alignment could replace those bushings. They recently replaced the steer axle on my t800. You could borrow my 53 aluminum flat while you wait.
The best alignment guy...flat out..try to refer him to anyone with steer tire issues but we used him once on every volvo i have owned...436k on last 10 Michelin all position steers...perfect wear...tires still legal for trailer use..500 bucks trade-in
I assume your trailer is fixed by now, but keep Truck and Trailer Maintenance of Macon in mind. Allen Rd in Macon between the railroad tracks and fuel tank farm. I worked across the tracks for over 11 years. They did the 3 axle alignment for me when I had outside edge wear on my steer tires.

Just like the king pins on your tractor front axle, the dealer offers OEM plastic bushings, they don't last long with wear. American frame and axle in Tampa FL recommended brass bushings so I know this video is old but hopefully they installed brass bushings on your trailer.
Josam in Orlando just off the Turn Pike . They do it all and we have our trailer lazor aligned every three yrs. They do all fire trucks, semi's , class A motor homes , dump trucks .
Those bushings can be a bitch. If you can find new arms then that may be the way to go. Call the trailer mfg to see what the arms with the bushings cost. You could install them yourself? It may not be an option the way parts have went up. I used to buy the torsion springs with the large bushings installed for $250 each but that was back in the day.
If those bushings are not replaced soon your going to damage the bores that they are pressed in and the pins and the trailing arms the longer you wait not to mention tires ,axels just saying 😢
Robert, have replaced bushings on a New way suspension many years ago -used a 1" threaded rod -nut - washers same size as the bushings & and a piece of pipe as long as the bushing that that will fit thru the pipe. I used tire soap for lubrication ,don't use oil - will deteriorate the bushing. Don't know how different Henderson is than New Way but it is a big job. Talked to a guy that pulled the bushing in with a comealong instead of a threaded rod. After all that work it would be a good idea to get a lazer alignment.

That plastic part is a spacer not the bushing. Yes the bushing is inside the housing but that’s just a spacer.. I do this everyday.
Why not find a shop within 2 states? I mean if you don’t have somewhere to do the work….find a place and take it there. Maybe on your dead head route…
