Chris, I enjoy watching you catch fish, especially big pike. It takes me back to when I fished with my Grandfather in the 1970s. I appreciate that you show what lures or baits you use and how they are rigged. There is hope to catch fish like you because, you are always thoughtful of the release and allowing them to rest before setting them free. Fish On!

New to the channel being more of a match angler than predator stuff. I must say I absolutely love how you check every fish for old hooks and traces that's a fantastic example to be setting. There needs to be more anglers like yourself. You have certainly got me thinking about my gear and what I can use or need for a session on the lures. Keep up the good work
It's always incredible when the smaller pike smash bigger lures (of course it's more exciting when it's a real monster though). I'm always blown away by how opportunistic they are. Some fantastic footage. Some great fish, those are some pretty decent fish on that smallish canal and that river pike is a real beast.

👏👏👏 well done. How exciting. Two days after river season closed, I was walking on a bridge and I looked down and saw a very very large torpedo sitting just where the reeds finish. Biggest pike I have ever seen. Scary!

I have just bought a new Baitcaster reel and as iv'e never used one before i was wondering (as i value your advice) if you could do a video of how to spool braid onto a Baitcaster showing the knot you recommend to tie the braid to the spool. Also which is best when spooling the braid onto the reel, wet or dry and under heavy tension as i have been told so many different ways! Also it would be great if you could show us baitcster virgins how to set and cast with one as i'm confused with all the magnetic breaks ect. I think that allot of people would benefit from the advice that you could give on Baitcasting. All the Best.
0:23 I finally banked a 20lb river pike this year probably my hardest thing I have tried to achieve in pike fishing. I have access to two rivers that this target should have been a lot easier, but just never happened until this year. Congratulations on succeeding catching a river twenty great achievement 👍
