Thanks for doing this review. I was thinking of trying this. And I like how you started from the beginning of how you received it. I myself was wondering is this food I put in the freezer or the refrigerator? And you answered that. Also I wondered how good the food was and how do they send it. Is it frozen or what? But now I know!

I saw your high blood pressure video. I have hypertension too. How are these meals as far as sodium? I hope you see my comment. That’s one of the reasons I haven’t ordered because I got on their website and couldn’t find how much the sodium levels are.
Just place my first order for my wife and I to check these out. The convenience is key for us. We are wasting so much money on take out when we don't feel like cooking. Are you still getting the deliveries?
Yes I am. Some of the meals I don't like but it's only a few. I've learned to microwave them for a minute and a half to two minutes and then put them on a skillet so the food retains its juices and I can add some seasoning to it. This process makes all of them taste much better and I just noticed it even says it on the labeling that we should add salt and pepper to taste.

The portions looked small in the tray but they were fine on the plate.

I am not a foodie but I love the Keto meals from them. The portions do seem small. My first order was not delivered by FedEx and they immediately sent out a replacement order and a credit. Great customer service. You can call them and they actually answer their phones.

Hello Amateur Vegan, try warming your food in a pan over the stove. I believe you have that option.
Actually these are my warm in a pan.. awful in microwave
I tried it. 90% of the meals were disgusting.
