I thought the same thing when I saw the boys helping. I was a single Mom of 2 boys. When I wanted them to help me I would tell them that I want them to be husbands who help their partners with chores around the house. It does take patience but they have grown up to be well-rounded husbands and fathers. Their partners tell me they appreciate that they help out around the house. Sorry this is so long but I wanted you young Mommies to hang in their bc it's all worth it ❤💚💜💙💛

Lynette I love that you are teaching your boys to clean & help in the home! That is so important they learn that! We live about 1 1/2 hours from the Walnut Creek store in Ohio & I have been to their store many times. But I prefer going up to the Amish door market in Wilmot to get things, prices are better. We live in St Clairsville Ohio & there are so many great places in Amish County, one of my favorite places to go close to home!

Bible verse..❤️ your dinner looked delish! Steaks, only flip once and when you remove from heat do not cut them until they rest for five minutes . I know it took me years to get it down, how my parents cooked them.. which were perfection. 🙃
I had a rough time with Lyme Disease for years. Wringing out a mop was a Herculean event. Not even kidding. It would leave me out of breath at the time. The O Cedar mop with the pump foot pedal wringer was a game changer in my cleaning world. No longer did I have to do one room at a time because I was too exhausted from wringing the mop out. I got the whole house done in one swoop in the kitchen and bathrooms.

I'm in Alabama, & we had spring break here this week....when my daughter & I were talking about what to do with the kids for spring break, my mind said I can do stuff every day,my body said....no u can't....I had major surgery in October & I'm still recovering from that..... So we had my husband's birthday on Tues, he turned 60, we surprised him at work...then on Wed we took 5 kids, my 4 grandkids plus a friend, went to a trampoline park, I did not jump, but oh my I was so wore out when I got home.....then today, Friday we took them to the park & had a picnic...I started hurting pretty bad, so we had to cut things short & I came home & rested... I have rods & screws from my neck down my back.....I've been told a my pain. Is coming from the nerves & muscles reattaching...... I'm not a good person to rest a lot.... I recently cleaned, decluttered & organized 2 rooms & my pantry... Next will b my 3 closets..... & Then I have 2 hutches in my dining room..... May go to my kitchen cabinets after that.... I've given myself 6 months to a year & I started in Feb.... I shud have my whole house done.... I love ur videos, they r very inspiring & I look forward to ur bible verses...... Thank u for being u....

You should keep the potato peeling and season them put them in the oven for about 20/30 mins then sprinkle some all seasoning on them & cheddar cheese, back in the oven for 10mins until the cheese has bubbled & going crispy..then devour... it's not a healthy side but ok for a one off every now & then...
Having your steaks at room temperature a half hour before cooking makes a big difference how nice your steaks turn out, plus letting them rest for 10 minutes after they come off the grill makes a big difference also.

The weather in Wisconsin isn't quite warm enough to be outdoors so I have been cleaning out cupboards in my kitchen and utility room. I can't believe all the things I'm finding that I no longer want or need. Giving me more room to organize. Your daughter is adorable! Love watching her play.

I have been home mostly for a year due to a health issue. I had four surgeries within 9 months and will now travel to Mayo clinic for a fifth one. I still have a positive attitude and much to live for and many people praying for me. I crocheted 14 blankets to donate to a homeless shelter and keep busy. I haven't visited my daughter in Sarasota for two years and enjoyed your scenery in the videos. She has been north to visit me.

I stopped in at a new local Mennonite store that just opened about 3 miles from my home and guess what I’ve been seeing??? Walnut Creek truck early in the mornings...so I tried the strawberry cheesecake roll! 😋 it was divine!!!

When we went to Sarasota for our three day visit last November we went there once or twice each day, bringing a nice amount of food back to North Central Florida. The workers were so helpful, and it was so much cheaper for us to buy all our meals there than at a restaurant. Our neighbor enjoyed the carrot cake we brought back for him too. Visiting there was the highlight of my trip--much more than visiting the beaches since I'm not a beach type person. I just wish you had shown the Deli and Bakery sections. How I want to go back. Please feel free to tell your friends that you have a viewer that wishes they had a branch up in the Gainesville/Lake City area!
One way to keep dust and pollen buildup off your plants is to rub some coconut oil on the leaves every 3-6 months. It makes them shine and is good for the plant.

I thought I was the only person that "washed" my plants. I can't stand to have dust or pollen on them. I told my sister that I washed them and she told me that she had always known that I was the crazy one in the family!!!
it is important because when they get dusty, they can not breath - also important to take a wet towel / cloth and wipe them down..they actually do sell a spray you can use to clean them off.
When we grill steak on our traeger,we use Weaver's Dutch Country Seasoning "steak dust". And also put slices of butter on the steak while grilling. So good!
It's definitely that time of year, I'm spring cleaning like a crazy woman. I'm decluttering and organizing closets, drawers, cabinets. It feels really good but I am known to decluttering things I have to replace. Oops 😃

A tip that helps keep leaves clean is to put a little mayo on a paper towel and rub it on the leaf. Kind of like you're polishing it! Really helps and repels dust also!!!!!😊

I will be ordering the E-cloths. My husband (76) and I (70) are moving to a Senior Living Apartment. I need to simplify my cleaning and I believe these cloths will help. I put my plants out in the rain to get the leaves washed , and water with rain water
All the older ladies in my family did this too. I would if I kept houseplants.

Yes! She stays in it. 😃 at least she does usually. I had to do a bit of training when she started, but it didn’t take long at all! She seems to know now that she isn’t allowed to get out. ☺️

I will be ordering the E-cloths. My husband (76) and I (70) are moving to a Senior Living Apartment. I need to simplify my cleaning and I believe these cloths will help. What floor cleanser do you use to mop your floors? I don't want to use a chemical cleanser. Love your videos. You were the first person I started watching on UA-cam and still my favorite.
