believe it or not, most of us do, except for those who were raised in the inner city, in which case there would be an "urban" dialect or one of the various Latino accents (Chicano, cholo, etc.).

I feel like they did an impression of people who live in Beverly Hills/Brentwood/Westwood. Every part of LA has a different vibe so it's hard to sum up, especially if you've never been here. Try visiting Culver City, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Silverlake, Mid-city, South Central, Inglewood, Pasadena, East LA, Downtown. All vastly different, but equally LA.
