    You're more dedicated runner than I am. So easy to run on sunny days. I just won't run on raining days or too cold days (unless it is sunny). Good for you. Cheering you on. Don't forget to recover after a long run. It's true, your body needs to heal to be stronger.

      It rains so much in the UK, so if I always wait for dry weather I'll never run. Sometimes we have rain every day for months 😒 I just have to be prepared and go for it 😊 I do make time to relax and recover. I have a massage gun I really enjoy using as well. Hope it stays dry for you so you can get out on a run 🤞

      That's what I thought. I feel like I've come far enough to not want to ruin everything for myself. Getting to the start line is priority 😁 Hope your training is going well!

      @@YuennyLam yes my training going pretty good! I’ve increased my weekly mileage doing my build up for upcoming training cycle that begins in March 🥰 Like you I took extra rest day since my lower right shin feeling a little tight. Good this week is a cutback week. On my build up, I’m really trying the HR training (MAF), but adding a bit of speed during the middle of the week. Also, focusing on better warmups and cooldowns, and strength training. Fighting off urge to participate in upcoming trail events and Spartan Race, since want to avoid injuries lol 😂 Hope your training goes well! You’ll do great woo! 🤙

      @@alanramos4431 March is very soon. Exciting times. I definitely need to get better at warming up and cooling down. I never feel like I have enough time but I know it's really important. Sorry to hear you have some shin discomfort too and good you're listening to your body as well. I've entered for races in March but I think I'm going to skip some of them and focus on my training plan. I don't want to get sidetracked too much and jeopardise my Marathon progress. Glad to hear your training is going well! Keep it up 💪

    Could you wear 2 socks on your smaller foot? And only 1 sock on the bigger foot?!!

      Suppose I could but it's not too much of an issue usually. I just need to tie the laces a bit tighter on the smaller foot, but that's a good suggestion to try 😊 x
