The first hour has just accompanied one of my Zwift session and I loved it, what an achievement. Very interesting to hear your approach to this and your fuelling strategy, especially sticking to real food for as long as possible.

Kudos to you both, incredible!! I can't believe you rode all that while staring at Zwift screen, my head would have exploded.. I'd have set up the large screen to show TV/Movies and run both Zwifts off laptops, if you could.. anyway, kudos again!

@@ruthanness203 it is all good. Got a question for you. How many bottles of water per each climb you had each lap?
@bonn1771 I think I had 600-700ml with added hydration tablet. I've always been told it's about 500ml per hour, obviously will vary with temperature.
