Stretch and release your hips, back, and pelvic floor in just 25 minutes. AND YES! We try a modified plow pose at the end... Take it slow, see how it feels in your body, and do the modification I show (knee to chest stretch) if plow pose isn't right for you. Do you have pelvic tension or pain? Dr bri, I’ve done this routine 5 days in a row and my hip pain and mobility has improved a lot. I suffer from prostatitis and low hip mobility. I’m also a climber and doing this routine before I get on the wall has improved performance and reduced soreness. Thank you!!

Thank you! I have spondylolisthesis of my l4 and l5 disc and have had a partial hysterectomy. Unfortunately my ab muscles were cut through with the hysterectomy. Although I don’t have prolapse issues your core work helps me tremendously feel like I have control of my lower abs again. I love how you do slow and controlled exercises. That is so helpful! I love that the majority of your exercises are safe and helpful for my condition. Keep the videos coming for low back pain. You are a blessing. Thank you. ❤️

Yay! I'm thrilled to hear that the core work is helping you feel more in control after your hysterectomy and with your spondylolisthesis! Slow and controlled is the way to go, and I'm so glad my exercises are safe and effective for your condition. I'll definitely keep the low back pain videos coming! Thank YOU for your sweet words and for being part of this amazing community. Sending you lots of love and healing vibes! 💖

I'm pretty new to your workouts, been doing a few different stretching and strengthening ones once or twice a day for about a month. I've done this one about 5 times and just a note of encouragement and thanks.... I haven't done plow pose in many years and am so excited to say to others who may struggle with some of these moves, I DID IT TODAY! YAY! Thanks again Dr. Bri! You are amazing!

I stumbled upon your videos a couple months ago. I have been very sick for 4 years with lyme and coinfections. My gut, stomach and intestines are really affected right now. I have ulcers and a lot of pain. Your stretches and opening of pelvis help, meaning the stretching feels so good when I am doing it. Do you have any more for gut, digestion, healing? My nervous system definitely needs help. Thank you💙💙💙🙏

Is a warm up necessary before doing stretches? I try to take a short walk otherwise if I go in cold I’m really tight. Been suffering for 2yrs w/ pelvic pain. I’m going back into therapy next month but your videos are very helpful.

I'm so glad my videos are helpful! It's always a great idea to warm up a little bit before stretches; even a gentle walk around the house and some hip circles can help!

Hi Dr. Bri, you are a Doctor in physical therapy and you specialize in pelvic region. I wanted to ask you, is it possible to cure pelvic floor dysfunction or is it something lifelong? And how long should we do these routines to see improvement. Is there a way out of this pain, can we get rid of this pelvic problem.
