Hi there I really love your show I would love to work with you But I’m not old enough Could you please let me work here I am 10 but I really want to please!!!!?
It's so wonderful the duck returned to have her babies. That must have been very rewarding for you all. So often you release animals into the wild and never know what happened to them. But here you could see the beautiful babies that never would have been if you hadn't rescued mom years earlier. Thank you all for what you do.
surgeyX It was a matter of safety, Simon's courtyard was not safe for ducklings. If a member of the public had called us with the same situation, we would have rescued them and relocated the family somewhere else. So, we did the same thing for these ducks. Although, instead of putting them on Wildlife Aid's pond, where they would have probably been attacked by our resident ducks, we put them safely in our nursery pond.
+chaosgoettin Yes, she comes every year! But, last year, she was chased by crows and decided to lay her eggs somewhere else. She will probably come by next Spring!
Wildlife Aid Though I agree not to interfere with natural behavior and interaction of wildlife, maybe she could get some special protection if that happens again since she is such a loyal visitor. maybe invite her into the nursery right away? she seems to have a crush on Simon after all :D
I envie you guys. I want to be just like you when I grow up. You are the best and you inspire everyone . So well done and keep up the fantastic work. I will try and persuade my parents to let me donate.
a awesome show, that proves you dont need millions of Hollywood dollars to make great entertainment, still no excuse for the lack of viewers forgetting to press the like button
So adorable! She knows where her true home is. I wonder, how many times has she come back now? It's few years later and it would be so great to see update :) All 9f you are such awesome people! !
love you guys so much i think that duck will take privilages of coming back next year as she knows that you are offering her a hotel room for nothing :)
It would be nice if you guys keep updating the information about this duck in the discription and / or make a playlist just fro her so we can see it every year it updates.
Swans are really beautiful... I have so much respect for you guys, you do an amazing job with helping these animals, I wish there were more people like you. Keep up the great work! *thumbsup*
Will the mallard that's her mate be able to stay and follow he once you guys release her again, or do you think he'll leave once he sees they've all gone and disappeared?
+BMWM3GTRLOVER The sibling was released and the cygnet with the wonky beak was transferred to another wildlife centre for the winter, so he could be with other swans.
Those baby ducks are probably some of the luckiest in the world. Baby ducks are a favorite meal for many predators, many don't make it to adolescence, and of the percentage who have a better chance because they're in captivity, many are in zoos or worse, so to have them in a secure nursery like that with guaranteed food, water and medical care but also to be able to go to the wild where they belong after growing up is really special. Does their enclosure have a pool though? Although the mama duck...you couldn't trick her into walking into a trap or something? Jeez that was stressful for everyone I hope she didn't get too freaked out. Did she return again this year?
+Nebu Losa They were born just a couple hours before we moved them, so they didn't have time to get hungry. In a situation where the family would not have been moved, the ducklings would have jumped out of the basket to follow their mum towards food. Simon has two dogs, so the family had to be moved.
If a bird is dehydrated, the urates can turn slightly yellowish/creamy, ime. And yes, passing droppings becomes harder too if the bird becomes really dehydrated. Giving antibiotics without there being a clear indication for a need for them is very tempting but NOT GOOD and any vet should know that, really.
+A. Coleman -- These are mallard ducklings; different species of ducks have different colors. The brown and yellow would work as camouflage in the wild.
Omg what a perfect spot for mum to lay her eggs 🥰🥰 clever girl
when i get older, i would defeneatly donate to you guys! im young though im only 11. love your work!
+XxShadowHunterxX Thanks!
you're welcome! keep up the good work!
xxshadow i want to grow up and help animals similar to what you want to do
+Matthew Devine We know she was the same duck because of her walk! It was a very distinctive walk after the fracture repair. Very swaying hips
Wildlife Aid like a beyoncé duck

She'll keep coming back to lay eggs so she'll get free room and board, the smart bugger.

'They are the most silly little wings ever' XD

+Wildlife Aid So, did she come back to use you as her nursery? :)
+chaosgoettin Yes, she comes every year! But, last year, she was chased by crows and decided to lay her eggs somewhere else. She will probably come by next Spring!

is it a duck , goose or swan?
+reyhanfidan reyhan It's a vampire. . .
Duck. :P One of the more common duck species, I think. (I may be wrong. xD)
LOL - the mother duck has the seductive Marilyn walk!
What happened to the cygnet with the crooked beak? Is it ok?
That cygnet is so calm. I was amazed. Either very ill or just not developed a proper distrust of humans
Watching this in 2019.
Hope she's happy and still around.
She probably keeps going back because she knows she will be safe and taken care of! I don't think the easy food is very deterring either!
I laughed so hard at the hippo sign hahaha
I envie you guys. I want to be just like you when I grow up. You are the best and you inspire everyone . So well done and keep up the fantastic work. I will try and persuade my parents to let me donate.
You are lovely caring people, thank you for being there for all these animals
a awesome show, that proves you dont need millions of Hollywood dollars to make great entertainment, still no excuse for the lack of viewers forgetting to press the like button
Hippo sign made me laught I can only imagine what would hippo rescue looks like : D
Mama is so beautiful. I love ducks.
I've tripped on a bamboo fence like that and it can really hurt.
I find it very commendable you risk life and limb for these precious animals.
I was hoping to see signs for elephants and angry alligators!
Loved The TV Show Many Years Back .
That cygnet is totally adorable, not the usual hissing nightmare.
Wow these pepol deserve more energy and power.
Aww, the squeak at 3:53! :-)
So adorable! She knows where her true home is. I wonder, how many times has she come back now? It's few years later and it would be so great to see update :) All 9f you are such awesome people! !
Thank you for saving these animals! I'm only 11 but I really want to be like you when I'm older 😊
+Sophie Marie Great! Follow your dream!
love you guys so much i think that duck will take privilages of coming back next year as she knows that you are offering her a hotel room for nothing :)
At our rescue station, they made a stork prosthesis on a 3D printer. Amazing performance. I'd like to forward the link.
It would be nice if you guys keep updating the information about this duck in the discription and / or make a playlist just fro her so we can see it every year it updates.

I love the ducks
That's one smart duckie
excellent work
Will the mallard that's her mate be able to stay and follow he once you guys release her again, or do you think he'll leave once he sees they've all gone and disappeared?
Mallard dads don't raise their ducklings. They leave the mothers and go molting afaik.
Simon caught himself in the net!
You're awesome
Hope they will make it. Everything is so expensive ❤
i wish i could donate and mabye even volentear but im to young to. but keep up the good work and thank all of you
Has the some duck come back since haveing the babys in you hanging basket
The swan couple are incompetent as parents and should be stripped of their child custody. Crushed one, abandoned another
Hippo? Lion? Someone has quite the sense of humour
never liked golf courses
I wonder she been comming back for the last 5 years
what happened to the badger
Fate has reunited the cygnet brothers!!
I feel so bad for the cygnet and its family! I can’t believe it was the sibling of the twisted beak one. I hope the twisted beak one is doing okay!
I'm glad you didn't send that other baby swan with them.
Whatever happened to the two cygnets?
+BMWM3GTRLOVER The sibling was released and the cygnet with the wonky beak was transferred to another wildlife centre for the winter, so he could be with other swans.
i love it!!
"I'll check his poo" *DRAMATIC CAMERA ZOOM*
I absolutely love ducklings!! :) x

Please make a bird clinic ..in New Delhi as my parrot died I could not treat him..as there is no proper bird clinic with diagnoses and treatment
i wanted to see what the safe pond looked like
She knows a good thing when she sees one. LOL
I love animals too
3:40 Simon is so rude! that lil baby is going to grow up insecure about his silly lil wings because of his rude words.
Love the videos!x
Simon sounds so evil xD
poor babies
I'm turning 19 tommorow when I get older I'm going to be just like u guye
congrats on turning 21
*the poo sample*
Will the mallard that's her mate stay and wait for her, or do you think he'll leave once he sees they've all gone and disappeared?
Mallard dads don't stay anyway. They're not really involved fathers afaik
I WANNA VISIT! I live in the boring US. :D
So did she come back? Update pls!
Did you at least give the duck a name?
How do you know it was the same duck
U R Great ♡♡♡♤
My favourite part "Let's check his poo" LOL
When the ducklings were stuck in that high nest, what were they eating?
+Nebu Losa They were born just a couple hours before we moved them, so they didn't have time to get hungry. In a situation where the family would not have been moved, the ducklings would have jumped out of the basket to follow their mum towards food. Simon has two dogs, so the family had to be moved.
Wildlife Aid Wouldn't they hurt themselves jumping from that height?
Nebu Losa No, it was not very high and they are tough animals!
I know this is weird Simon but you have very nice nails
I know this is years past... But what ever happened to the signets?
Whats up with his water? One minute its clear, next its green. :o
They put spinach in it so he might want to drink it
Ohhh
I wonder where Papa Duck got off to?
Couldn't you just change the LION one to SWAN? I'm sure the Lions won't be put out.
Simon, you forgot rule #1 tighten your belt. TUT TUT.
❤️❤️😍👍
So the whole family of goose disappeared?
Coyotes or foxes got them

What about the father? What if he wants to come visit?
yer i was thinking that as well but i guess its the best thing to do for the babys
my duck is sick and her face is getting rotten please help me she is a duckling
It sounds like she needs urgent treatment straight away. Please take her to your local vet surgery ASAP!
what about the daddy duck
where is father?
How come these chicks are brown and yellow? I thought they were all yellow. :o
+A. Coleman -- These are mallard ducklings; different species of ducks have different colors. The brown and yellow would work as camouflage in the wild.
+SeikiBrian Ohhhh. I live in the US so have never seen these ducks before. The chicks are cute. I would LOE to visit them in England. :D
Ohhhh. :D
What about there dad?
Male mallards are absent dads/not involved in the raising of their ducklings.
How to join wildlife? I want to join when i grow up right now im 13
+Medow Slayer If you're local to us we'd love to have you on board as a volunteer when you hit 16! bit.ly/1LYa3vi
Lion!!
lol @ the signs
So the duck has devised a survival strategy called "play sick and get your needs taken care of by humans." Why not just admit she is domesticated?
