Amen! Something about you physically writing it down and seeing it processes it differently in your brain and mentally. It’s so helpful and therapeutic to write things down esp when you’re going through this kind of stuff. My soon to be ex husband would try and test me to see how long he could go for or not be in the house without it being an issue for me. Even went as far as getting a night job then later found out he had quit it... so there were nights he was unaccounted for.
He was with another woman. The End. I had a past guy try this on me. Tried to "prep" me for his mystery trip. He didn't offer any info & I didn't ask any questions because I already knew what kind of mess he was on. Long story short, blocked him and moved on. Same guy has been chasing me since then but I already found someone who is honest.

I started keeping notes in my phone. Documenting the bad things throughout relationships and I can look back on that when I start fantasizing about the “good times” and remember why it ended. It helps tremendously to stay gone.

@@amandabretch85 majority of mine, I don’t ever want to go back to. I’ve tried with a few, and to be really honest I’ve found that sometimes the past is better left in the past. Some things aren’t even meant to be fixed.

A friend of mine hooked me up with a friend of his and his wife. The 1st day we talked on the phone for 5 1/2 hours. We were good for the 1st 3-4 days. Then he stopped communicating with me. I was confused af. I thought I had did something or said something. He said he was "busy." Didn't hear from him for over a week. He eventually called. I didn't even ask him what happened. Then he kept on ghosting me and coming back. I then asked him about his poor communication and told him I wasn't going for it. Long story short... He didn't want me questioning him and made it uncomfortable for me to ask him about his corrosive behavior. He also said, "Im getting you ready for how I am." He had me messed up! I don't do that!!!!!!! He ghosted me for the last time and I blocked his number after a week. Our mutual friend called me and said, "He said come home. He said why you block him he was going to get you a ticket to go to Puerto Rico." Me and this mutual male friend got into because he came at me sideways only knowing this dudes side of the story and acting like I did something. To be honest I wasn't interested in telling our mutual friend my side because I was DONE! I wasn't checking for dude! This mutual male friend would have had something to say if another man he didn't know was treating me poorly ...but since he knows this dude, the mutual friend wanted me to stay in the BS! Mutual friend told me he didn't think his friend deserved to be blocked. I hate it so much! I wanted to tell our mutual friend, "Your friend doesn't have 2 kids by 2 different people and an ex wife (whom he doesn't have kids with) for no reason!!!!!! I NEVER again will date a man with baggage (kids and an ex wife) and piss poor communication!

A similar story happened to me. My ex’s cousin passed away and he didn’t call me for a week and I kept checking on him, however, he didn’t want to see me. Then when we finally hung out, he was on the phone with his ex planning to see his mom with her. He tried to lie but I knew he just ran to her when his cousin passed away.
This man was crying in advance for what he would come back home to..no one died but his chances. He knew he would be out of luck. That man was crying because he saw his side piece with her man and couldn't say anything. Lol

It's understandable for someone to have a temporary change in attitude or mood because of an event, but it shouldn't ever be acceptable for a change in respect or care, so when dealing with situations like this, if you are disrespected or neglected, then it's all excuses, especially when things don't add up.

I was just recently ghosted and only found out today. I was talking to this guy for 6 weeks but i noticed through the 6 weeks i was the one always messaging, about a week ago he said that he was "not feeling too well apologies" but i knew in my gut as well as intuition that he could be lying, so i waited 2 days no reply to when i had previously asked hik what he was unwell with. So i messaged "hope you are ok " no reply. I messaged again "no reply" this was now 5 days of him not responding to any of my messages. So I messaged him again one last time saying " i messaged you a couple of times and have not heard from you are you alright? Is everything ok with you? How are you feeling now? " Nothing, that's when I realised that ive been ghosted! And he used the " I'm not feeling too well" as an excuse and exit to ghost. Because he was able to text that he wasn't feeling to well but didn't text after .
