After 5 years I went back to spend sometimes with him. The reason I left him alone for that lone is the same reasons I see now. I called him out about texting out women while in my presence. Him receiving phone calls from other women while I am in his presence. I was placed in “the friend zone”. He is not for me. He got made cause I called him out. I told him that he is a player. He was to good to be true. Rich, professional soccer player and had everything together but yet not married yet. Red flags! “Friend zone”
@@ambermarie8554 All funny business aside, the phone is an addictive device. Some people have an addictive personality and really enjoy spending time on their phones. A lot of people even work from their phones. This innocent behavior can still be a sign of disrespect/lack of interest when the intention is to spend quality time together. It isn't fair and it isn't quality time if one person is distracted, on their phone not paying attention. On the more negative side of things, it could mean he is distracted by other women. It is called quality time and attention, which is vital to a healthy relationship. The phone gives access to the outside world. Keep an eye out for this particular red flag but never go through a guy's phone without his permission. If he doesn't grant permission, give him the side-eye and "put on your track shoes." Never argue and fight with a guy over his phone. Sometimes an iPhone is the only prized possession people (men) have and it is sad.

I believe these women need to stop commiting themselves emotionally with men who genuinely just not that invested in them.
I made that mistake on my first “love” (lasted 8 years), although he is physically out of my life, emotionally I haven’t been able to let go yet. The thoughts of him moving on with someone else still haunt me. Do you have any tips for how to let go?

@@nicoleb9047 , you need to do the work to get over him. I believe Tony Gaskins has a few free courses to help. You have to be watching him daily. Focus on the three Bs: brain, body, and body. Focus on you and being a better you.

He lost respect for her when she got down on her knees for him. He might sexualize those kind of women but that doesnt mean he wants to be with them.

Boy, I remember when my ex said Tony is a fake who gives false advice and that I had to stop watching his videos. Lol I just know he mad mad right now, that I’ve applied Tony’s teachings to everything I do today. Super blessed to have insight from our brother in Christ, without these videos I’d probably still be compromising my values and body to that clown 🤡

Oh my god!!! I can’t stop laughing... when I got divorced, my son was sad and I decided to buy a golden retriever dog to helping going through rough time...dog was 2 month old, as the dog grew up his body kept staying small and his head was big. I kept telling my kids, this dog is defected... now mason ( dog ) is beautiful and normal...gets everyone attention. He is my dog since my kids move out and I stay with my old mason. Thank you Tony for taking time from your family to help us be better

Many women as soon they get divorce believe “ its time to enjoy life and baby themselves “ baby themselves equivalent to go out with men… I truly believe a woman who has kids and divorce specially younger babies should stay single …..they have no business going out with a man instead try to teach your kids family can be build with or without a husband. If your kids are 7-16 constantly do family activities… building their present it’s important for them to have a beautiful future.

I was a virgin til the age of 25, almost 26, but was able to give/receive oral from the age of 21, without feeling attachment towards the guy. Now, when I first attempted to have intercourse, at 24, (we were not able to physically do it), I got my heartbroken afterwards. We had attempted to "make love" only once, but then, broke up a few days later. It took me forever to get over the guy, like several years. The only reason I even had sex at 25 was because I had spiraled into self destructive behaviour, which included drinking and lots of guys, to try and get over the first guy. I was a mess. I really think sex is a whole different beast, compared to oral. But, that's my opinion.

One thing I've learned by listening to Tony's videos is that some, if not most women are out here doing the absolute most. She said SHE decided to shake things up and SHE assumed he was bored. He never initiated anything and he knew he didn't have to. He just planted the seed. These men don't have to do a thing to win our attention or affection. They just sit back and watch us fall all over ourselves. And it's sad.
I think women ( maybe l should make it about me -old me- feel kinda Unstable/lost stable when we feel a man will no longer get excited about us. And I’m attempt to “get the magic back” we compromise. I agree with you wholeheartedly that it was my insecure playing in me rather. Had I held those standards that I set beforehand, I would’ve had a different ending 🤷🏾♀️
