I really like your videos! There are very few videos on this topic on UA-cam, so I hope you continue to make them, I am from Russia and I am writing from a translator, I will follow your channel😊
great video, this is really great advice, I took a few weeks to realize how to do this by my own also you can do super and unsuper in the admin console (to ignore freeze), and you can bind it.
good advice to go on a LAN and practice however you can practice more quickly by using /super (to unfreeze yourself) and /tele (to go to any part you want on the map) you can do this by when you first load the server up it will open up a terminal which it will show you the rcon password. go into the server, press f2 and type in the password which then this will give you access to the rcon commands. press f1 and then type: bind KEY "rcon super" (replace KEY with whatever keybind) (i use G for super) then do the same with: bind KEY "rcon unsuper" (i use E for unsuper since it needs to be a key that you can quickly press without dying) enabling super will unfreeze you since while your in super you can not be frozen so make sure to turn it off once your out of the freeze another useful keybind that you can use in the rcon terminal (f2) is "tele" where it will teleport you to where your cursor is placed on the map this is MUCH quicker than adding platforms into the map and typing out /r every time you die hope this helps!
Hi! Thanks for your comment and for sharing these tips. 😊 I didn’t mention this method because it’s not the one I prefer. Using the "super" command does help you get unstuck quickly, but it makes the training less demanding : you don’t really push yourself to move naturally from one platform to another, which simplifies the experience a lot. On top of that, it becomes harder to get into a flow state (optimal concentration) 😌, as the repetition becomes more mechanical and automatic with the use of "super." Personally, I’ve tried both techniques. In my opinion, moving from platform to platform feels more concrete and motivating 💪, as it lets you take on the real challenge of completing the map and improving your time. With "super," this aspect is somewhat lost. That said, I totally agree that this method is super useful for practicing specific sections of a map. 😊 It allows you to focus on the hardest parts, work on them repeatedly, and try out different approaches until you find the optimal method. It’s a great tool for targeted training without having to redo the entire route every time. 👍
@@badoumed yeah that's also really good advice, training out of the comfort zone to demand yourself and get better. But using super to test and sketch the movement in really hard parts, before going for the whole checkpoint run is also really useful
Guys, just open the LAN server, copy the RCON password from the CMD, and create a super and unsuper bind (e.g., "bind x rcon super" & "bind x rcon unsuper").
Hi Jolli, thanks for sharing this tip! 😊 I’ve already discussed this method with another player, @macalads, and it’s not really the one I prefer to promote.
@@badoumed I might not be the best mapper, but if you lmk I can send you all the info needed and you can make a video about it xD. my disc is lahorizon
@@lahorizzon Thank you for your comment, but I don’t think I need help with this at the moment. 😊 I might do it someday; I already have quite a bit of knowledge in mapping and a solid network around me. 😉 But thank you for the support, I really appreciate it!

The old community has grown and is now more present in high levels and on youtube/tiktok ect... Therefore, we might tend to think that we are more numerous. As for the younger ones, there are more of them in the new generation of players, like 2/3 years.
GG for that's! What's great about this tip is that it adapts to everyone 😊The placement of platforms is up to you, and depending on the players' skill level, the platforms can be more or less spaced out, making it perfect for each individual 👍 To give you an idea, on most edited maps I've trained on, it would take me anywhere from 5 minutes ⏱ to sometimes 2 hours 🕒 to clear a single platform. On average, I'd say it takes about 15 to 20 minutes of gameplay between each platform. You can do exactly the same by picking a map you find challenging and enjoyable, and then adding platforms to it 😄 If it feels too easy, you can space the platforms farther apart ➡, and if it's too hard, bring them closer together ⬅ Once you've completed the map 1 to 5 times, move on to another one and increase the difficulty 🔥
