PATH of EXILE: Rage & Berserk Tech in Affliction - Very Good Uptime on Any Build

Warcries grant X rage per 5 power if you have less than 25 Rage + redblade banner to prestack full rage before a fight. Use a warcry in combat to refresh rage - you get more the harder the fight is.
Bonus tips:
- Quality on Berserk cooldown reduction, normally not a big deal but it's possible to refresh it immediately here so the quality actually helps a lot.
- Urgent Orders Support can make warcries faster at the cost of a bit of cooldown time, generally a good tradeoff and makes weapon swapping faster if you want to do it between quick boss phases.
- Attack Mastery "Nearby Enemies are intimdated while you have rage" is awesome, 10% increased damage taken!

The rage from stunning from warlords mark makes keeping up rage really easy if you don't deal cold damage or get rid of your ability to freeze

Adding onto this as the Str stacking KB frag builds have been abusing this for a while. If you can slot in red blade banner into your mainhand and you use enduring cry on mouse one in combination with Enhance you can get back to back bars of rage.
Combine this with Call to arms and you get a crazy amount of movespeed and rage uptime. The key is to trigger Berserk before enduring cry comes off cooldown so that your rage is low when enduring cry triggers again.
With enhance 4 I'm consistently able to get 3 bars back to back when only needing to hit berserk once every 30sec or so.

Oh! There's a nice tincture that gives rage without restrictions to "once per second"... I bet it would be nice to have with TWWT charm!

I use 4 of these mods and the warcry 10 minimum power mastery to get max rage every time I warcry, so I can sustain vaal skill with Hateforge
