  • We take a scenic stroll along Montreal's Lachine Canal over to Atwater Market, where we try some tasty food and desserts. Right beside Atwater market, there's this cool boat floating on the Lachine canal, which we also stop at for a drink. From Strawberries, Satay, BBQ, and Crepes, we try a little bit of everything!

So happy you enjoyed so much of what the canal area has to offer. I shop at Atwater market just about weekly (in winter the outside stalls and restaurants are either moved inside or closed until Spring). Have been loving Satay Brothers since they opened and is as good as you will find in Montreal for authentic Singapore street food. You gotta eat here!

We really enjoyed wandering around Atwater Market, and of course, trying the food. That would be a great place to do your weekly shopping, with all the fresh produce and fruit there. Thank you for watching, we really appreciate it :)

I got some amazing photo shots at Atwater when I was there about 10 years ago. I've been back since but time was limited. Next time I'm in Montreal it's my time and Atwater is on the list.

We do enjoy walking over to Atwater Market and wandering around. Of course eating is always a fun thing over there too. It's quite a walk but having the Lachine Canal to walk along, makes it seem shorter. Thanks for watching :)

Another wonderful video guys. I too noticed the format shift in the video. I like it. The Atwater market brings back many fond memories. From the Atwater market, you were only a stone's throw from Joe Beef. It may be a bit tough getting in though. Mike, I love the flowers as well. I have another move in 3 weeks to Burlington On. and will be there for at least a year. I fully intend to join the Royal Botanical Gardens upon arrival. Best wishes and safe travels

Just trying out some new things on our videos to see what works...thanks for noticing. Just had a quick look at Joe Beef online and will have to add it to the list lol. We're planning to go to the Botanical Gardens, here in Montreal, this week and check it out. Good luck with your Burlington move Kelly :)

Wow you even hit up 2 of my favourites! Havres aux glaces is top shelf ice cream & the only creperie I go to is Spanel for their HoMa - ham/cheese/béchamel/mushrooms 🤤worthy.

The ice cream at Havres aux Glaces was really, really good! Our lunch crepes were excellent, and the dessert crepe was fabulous. It's a good thing we walked over and back, to burn off some of the calories we had that day lol. Cheers :)
