    In the 2nd lift (back pressure) uhm its fully pronated position not neutral?

      It's not even fully pronated nor neutral. It's in middle look closely I paied a lot attention about this too

      The hand placement as he describes and is sensical in actuality focuses more on the radial muscle than on the bicep as he suggests, interesting

      he is actually doing slight pronation , like at the bottom its neutral and at the top hes pronating but since his arm is so thick/ maybe cause of the pov we can't see him pronating , but yeah hes doing pronation he isn't pronated the whole time

    Look at his frame though. He’s like 160 lbs natural max. The Euros are sooooo juiced. Their cocktail is superior to the west.

      Bruh you crazy dude irakli is literally 6.3 he is tall being 210 to 230 is not very crazy for him

      @@aar2822 You can see the difference in his frame. Are you arguing that he’s not using PEDs? In a sport where there is no drug testing? You seriously believe this to be true? I guess I found the one guy on the planet who doesn’t know that they are all on something. It’s well known. You probably think Levan and Denis are clean, too…

      @@babi3192 steroids are implied when someone says PEDs. He has definitely used steroids. 100% It’s not a secret. I’m not saying I blame him or think he’s a bad person because of it. But people should be aware of the truth so they don’t go too far worshipping idols. He’s strong, dedicated, etc. it’s also true that he has used a lot of chemicals for awhile now.

      good advice for beginners, however for someone with experience looking to try something new and change his training it's better to know many armwrestling exercise to switch up your training

      Biceps exercice, pronation and wrist flexion aren't important exercices ? Lol. And Devon way of training fits himself, not a beginner.
