- Getting stronger on pronation and more explosive. 92lb was really easy for my left arm for some reason, and I was able to almost curl it up. For my right, it felt normal but not heavy.
I'm sticking at 77lb on rising for now because it still doesn't feel like I should increase it just yet.
On the wrist wrench I was able to get 82lb with both left and right.
I ended the whole thing with some band work, and some cupped, false grip pull ups with elbows forward. Progress seems pretty steady so far. - Спорт
