yokko fujiwara, THANK YOU FOR PUTTING THIS SONG ON THE TUBE, IT IS ONE JUST ONE OF MY FAVORITE LEON SONGS, I WORE THIS ALBUM OUT, ON VINYL OF COURSE, I HAD TO BUT ANOTHER ALBUM, AND I STILL HAVE THEM BOTH, LEON'S MUSIC WILL BE HEARD FOREVER, THANKS MR. RUSSELL, COUSIN FIGEL
R.I.P. LEON, YOU AND YOUR MUSIC, AND YOUR CONCERN FOR YOUR FELLOE MAN WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN, YOU WERE SENT TO EARTH TO MAKE PEOPLE SMILE AND BE HAPPY, YOU MADE ME SMILE MANY MANY TIMES, YOUR ARE A BROTHER TO THE WORLD, THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU, COUSIN FIGEL
Always loved this song, The whole cd, I had the album too, was good, I even had the tape. It was great driving music...but, for some reason, the song that follows this one. Manhattan Serenade, always made me have to ummmm......urinate and when you're on the road, it;s tough, I think it was the rain or something, The rain throughout the song.
2014 Saban Theater in Beverly Hills, it's live, but he is so old, it's hard to get...I saw the concert. One sec. I have the ticket stub...I tell you what to look for...10/25;/14, it's on UA-cam and probably they cleaned it up. The Saban is not the best place for a concert. It's personal, but the music sounds better from the lady's room upstairs. Ticket was 48.00 for front left orchestra. He put himself down a lot. It was a little sad. But we still danced around....he played a weird custom piano. I can't imagine anything after that...he promised that date he was gonna finish the tour and stop concerting...I also saw him in 3/2/01 in KY in a real small bar, no cover, two drink minimum and he was great. They were recording it, I never looked for it. It may be uploaded now that he has sadly passed away. good luck.
I'm out in the woods too.
When someone is true to himself it shines......even in the woods
I had never heard this song before. Awesome!
He was still cooking it in 2008, when I saw him in Austin,!!
The most underrated artist ever, rest in peace leon. 💖you brother
Enjoyed chance to hear him at the Warehouse in New Orleans. Piercing eyes! Thank you Leon.
I'll never forget watching him and the Shelter People do this on Channel 13 in Dallas, circa 1972.
I still love this song, I saw Leon & Joe Cocker in Vegas as a teenager and what a great concert! My mom bought me the 8 Track...OMG, I'm old

Check out the album "Live Leon". Nice live version of this song (and others) on that album.
