It's funny how people expects a 60 year old man to sing like when he was in his 20s. They are still selling out stadiums around the world, because they are still a great band to see live. If you do not like it, do not watch it or listen to live videos......go and listen to the albums.
And the videos don't actually do the concert justice .It was bloody magic Axl was on fire.Its along time since a man made this 50 yr old recycled teenager weak athe kness 😉
Got a taxi there as buses seemed to be caught up and not running to schedule - good coming back, straight out and into a bus to St. Stephen's Green (€10 - Several lined up down the road from the park)
i feel like slash is carrying the shows a lot these days, extended solos and interludes between songs while axl is off stage a for few minutes every couple of songs, obviously he’s not as good as he once was but at least he’s still trying and showing up
We just spoke about that. It was great to see them live but that extended solos were a bit too long,at some moments we were bored,just waiting axl to come back ti stage and start to sing...🤷♀️ I mean,all in all it was ok...

I was at the Marley Park gig in Dublin, and Axl sounded great, at 60 yo he still got it. absolutely brilliant as always..

They've been doing extended solos since the early 90s. Nothing new and traditional with their sets.
