  • We got to finally test out our first ever debris loader sent to us from Weibang to see what applications this machine can be used in besides leaf clean ups. One of the ideas we had was when we do our yard clean ups or even our hedge trimming jobs....especially at Costco. If you guys watched our previous video, we did a simple test on the power the mini debris loader from Weibang on how fast it can pick up a trash can of debris up compared to doing it by hand...if not check out the video here! The price of this unit goes for $1,300.

Coming from a landscape maintenance owner thats about 4x your size. That thing is a residential vac. And it is not made for bush clippings. Even our 30hp leaf loader has problems with bush clippings. You would of saved a ton of time to just rake them into a bag and dump in the trailer. That vac will not even be good for leaves, your walker will suck better than that thing.
Love your videos, keep up the hustle.

Hmmmm. I really want to like this thing. Looks like a basic lawn mower engine so I would think upgrading the engine wouldn’t be to big a deal. Thank you for talking about the Milwaukee trimmer. I noticed the hedge trimmer was getting all the love from everyone and not the grass trimmer. Thank you for adding some clarity to that

one of the things missed is that if you load it by hand it takes up 2x the space in the trailer compared to being chopped up again by the mini loader. (my experience is on using a chipper,, it took longer but made it only one trip to the dump instead of 2)

Late to the comment party but you can adjust the governor spring to get that Honda to run at a higher RPM. I did this to my Honda mowers and they rip. I think there's a different hole on the little governor arm thing that makes the engine scream. That'll make it destroy those shrub piles.

I am considering a small-scale debris loader and this may be the correct size. Not slamming you, but the word "debris" is pronounced (dee-bree) not (dee-breeze). I like the Milwaukee trimmer you're sporting. I too hate using gas powered hedge trimmers and weed whackers. The long shaft on the Milwaukee also meet my needs. Thanks for demonstrating the Weibang debris loader as well a the Milwaukee long handles trimmer. Great video. Speaking of bigger motor, do they make anything that will run off a tractor's PTO? When dealing with debris loaders the key is always bigger is better. In my opinion everything under 18 hp is just useless. I ran a 13 hp unit for a month , sold it and bought a 25 and will never look back. The 25hp 12'' hose 4400 cfm will load faster than you can do manually and will make money. But the trade off is a 25 hp unit needs a real bin , bed or hopper of some sort. You will blow apart anything made cheap. You cannot load into a open bed or box .I even had problems with mine bending the metal frame of the topper built for mine.
