I first want to say you have an amazing team! The best team work I have honestly seen of any lawn care company. Just curious have ya'll thought about getting a Billy Goat Hurricane X3000? They are like a stand behind mower, but a stand on blower and it is 4500 CFM. That is almost the equivalent of 4 Echo 9010's.
I'm jealous! My neighbors are lazy, and their leaves and trash go all over the place. I can clean my yard perfect! And it all come undone on a breezy day. I like setting the bar a little higher in hopes they will follow me into yard care bliss. Actually I would settle for them just to do a last minute mowing. LOL!! How long did this take?

I've been doing lawn care for the last 2 to 3 years but am really wanting to step it up this year in the state I live in and form an actual business. What is the best way you would recommend to prevent new customers (or old) from saying "well... the yard doesn't need to be mowed this week." Or "I don't want you to mow it this week." Because it really gets frustrating as i can't drive back and forth across town whenever they want.
