Mam ഞാൻ 1month ആയി pcos നു medicine എടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഡോക്ടർ 1month കഴിക്കാൻ ഉള്ള മരുന്നേ തന്നുള്ളു. ഞാൻ രാവിലെ daily നടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പിന്നെ sugar complete ആയി ഒഴിവാക്കി. ഗ്രീൻ tea 2 ടൈം കുടിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്‌. യോഗ ചെയുന്നുണ്ട്. ചോറ് 1 നേരം ആക്കി.Weight 53 യെ ഉള്ളു. ഇപ്പൊ കുറച്ചു കുറഞ്ഞു. ഇതൊക്ക continue ചെയ്‌താൽ മതിയോ

Since you are trying for pregnancy pls do consult a dctr to achieve a healthy pregnancy unless you may concieve but cant sure about its health…. Always take medical advise before planning a pregnancy.
