These things mught be remedied in the long run but human life itself is full of suffering--from the horrible things people tell you when you are a kid, the sexual misconduct of older people, joblessness, anxiety, poverty, passionlessness, sexual frustration, temptation to suicide, endless diseases, existential crises etc etc. Once you are born, you have no choice but to live life. These questions are only relevant for those who can and/or want to procreate. A living person goes through both happiness and suffering and pain but an unborn person goes through nothing and is hence better off. Besides, bringing another human being into existence leads to a spike in your carbon footprint as the new human starts using up their own share of resources, killing off animals for food etc, generating plastic and waste. It is much better for the earth is this person weren't born.
