Uncle Justin the issue is, Gordon has all these TV shows to find the top chefs who pour all their hearts out, and when they rightfully won they take great pride in becoming head chefs at Gordon’s restaurant. The spotlight is on them for a year or maybe even less so until another one of his restaurants open up, then they just don’t have the same passion and care because they know they’re pretty much safe in that job.

Basically we took his chair that he always watched TV in and swapped it with another chair nearby while he wasn't home. One month later we get a call from him explaining the situation. He was watching TV with his girlfriend and at point just looks at her sitting in "his chair" and just shouts "YOU'RE SITTING IN MY CHAIR!". It took him one month to figure out that he had been sitting in a different chair and I can't think of a better prank.
She handled it well and actually enjoyed her own food. Another episode a lady acted entitled and dissed the food the entire time which was prob so embarrassing

It reminds me of the time Gordon cooked Pad Thai with a Thai chef and he said Gordon's dish is nothing like a real pad thai. It reminds me of the time Gordon cooked Pad Thai with a Thai chef and he said Gordon's dish is nothing like a real pad thai. Sure it could still be good but the original flavour is lost when incorporating your own technique.
