Anyway, thanks for making good content man!
It’s super fucking annoying how they get away with what is basically fake gameplay. Like mafia city. Then you have the spam of Chinese crap with them saying “this is actual gameplay” when it clearly isn’t. There was a campaign as well where they got their animated characters apologising for the fake ad and then said they changed it or some shit and to no one’s surprised it was still fake crap and because youtube is non-existent when it comes to the best interest of viewers over advertisers they let the fake ads run constantly. Nice to finally catch a vid of yours.
Great video! Me and my partner sometimes open facebook (this is the only reason we use facebook) to scroll through these ads because they are honestly hilarious. My favourite one is the one with the granny who goes to jail for some reason? And there's a spooky mystery in her house? And of course there's pregnancy in there somewhere. As someone who enjoys absurdist comedy these ads are a goldmine
I refresh my UA-cam waiting for your content like a fiend. Very much enjoy your editing style and hope you can keep on dropping my new favorite videos.
I am a Chinese, and since Yotta games, the one made Mafia City, is a Chinese company so I decided to look deeper. And oh boy, what a rabbit hole. Overall, the company is utter trash as a company (mostly). There are 2 reasons why the ads and the game looks so busted. 1. Low pay, high work load. The ads are so weird because the ones making them don't give a shit, when they have to work 11-13 hours a day. Believe it or not, mafia city is a cash cow for the company, it brings in revenue to ONLY the inner circle of the company, ground developers won't get much. 2. Few experienced employees. Yotta's recruitment strategy is like this: Recruit the newly graduated students of Universities, extract whatever value they had, and treat them like shit so they will leave on their own. There are rumors such as, manager fires a employee to threaten others to work overtime, later claims they "volunteer to work and improves their skills." Higher ups will ask why everyone leaving when the shift is already over. Higher ups will have... Personal relationship with employee, and that employee will promote to project lead very quickly (typical office stuff :) ) that's why not many Is staying. One funny thing to note is they utilises the popularity these ads caused, to get more attention to their games and it seems they succeeded. There are a lot stuff I didn't touch on, such as how the higher ups discovered experienced employees trying to leave and uses their ties with other companies to stop them. And they literally bought other SLG games source code, modify them and make it their own game. TLDR, the real mafia is the higher ups of the company. Shady businesses strategy led to these crap ads.
I love how youtube deletes people's youtube channels then try to make up an excuse to get away with it but they don't mind shitty mobile game companies making an ad based on sexual stuff and advertise it to kids

Since we’re all cringing from these dumb ads, here’s some tips on how to make a good mobile game ad! Step 1: Make your own original sound effects, and music Step 2: Make your own original series and characters Step 3: Showcase the gameplay, the story, and mechanics! Step 4: Show how your supposed to play the game, and not have it say “OnLy 99.99% CaN bEaT tHiS gAmE!”
I'm not gonna lie. These ads are 100% a guilty pleasure of mine. I always look forward to the goofy ass premises and bizarre choice of cuts and sound effects. They are the only ads I get that I tend to not be mad about getting. Great vid btw

I still remember how those mafia ads went so viral because of their idiocy, that you were seeing them regardless of it you wanted to. And tbh, those were one of the funniest ads I've ever saw.
The one fake ad that always gets me annoyed is that "Top5WarGame" one, with the Boom-Beach knockoff soldiers, but every two months or so they make a completely different fake game to make a trailer with the same characters in. Sometimes its digging holes in a wall, sometimes its mobile Sniper Elite, sometimes its rafts on the water and so on. And then the actual game is just a Clash of Clans clone, and it makes me wonder how they get away with not only having fake ads, but having so many different fake games that obviously can't all be true
I’ve been looking for this video my entire life. I HATE mobile game ads. They make me cringe. Like someone makes the dumbest move so you’ll be like “ah you’re dumb and I can do better so I’ll download it”.

I just found this guy, ready to support him to the millions. Great content.
State of survival ads are seriously out of control
Great video! Me and my partner sometimes open facebook (this is the only reason we use facebook) to scroll through these ads because they are honestly hilarious. My favourite one is the one with the granny who goes to jail for some reason? And there's a spooky mystery in her house? And of course there's pregnancy in there somewhere. As someone who enjoys absurdist comedy these ads are a goldmine
This channel is quality. Great writing. Keep ‘em comin my man
I refresh my UA-cam waiting for your content like a fiend. Very much enjoy your editing style and hope you can keep on dropping my new favorite videos.
8:54 that button select sound is from Command and Conquer Red Alert 1 on the PS1
One step closer to full time with these quality and consistent uploads. Glad to see two new great videos from you in such short time. Godspeed Jack!
Ty!!
I still love the fact that the Lv. 1 Crook is Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell Double Agent. Great f***ing job on managing assets, Ubisoft!
your impression of an 8-year old telling a story is the greatest thing I've seen all year man that was fantastic
Mobile ads are the bane of my personal online existence
at 6:00 that level one crook goes GYEUHP, and i had to rewind it and rewatch like 20 times
Certainly didn't expect another Jack Sather video so soon but it's a welcome sight to be sure
Guys. Didn't yall believe that all those puzzle ads were *F A K E* and there's no such game? But today, I finally found the game...
Man I love your content! Great work keep it up! Also completely agree these adds are getting out of hand.
jack u are so quickly becoming my favourite content creator on youtube
My sister started playing games on my tablet and soon after I started getting "flying monkey" ads with guy saying "I am a flying money".
I love how youtube deletes people's youtube channels then try to make up an excuse to get away with it but they don't mind shitty mobile game companies making an ad based on sexual stuff and advertise it to kids
Hey Jack, just wanted to say that I love your videos man, they’re so entertaining and funny. When I found your channel a few months ago I didn’t want to enjoy your content alone so I showed your channel to my cool ass dad (he’s a gamer) and we watched a few videos together. My dad loves your videos now and we watch em together whenever a new one comes out. Just thought you’d like to know this fact and I can’t wait til you reach your stage of becoming a full time youtuber. I also wish you success in life and in the UA-cam game! cannot wait for the next one!!!
Since we’re all cringing from these dumb ads, here’s some tips on how to make a good mobile game ad!
Step 1: Make your own original sound effects, and music
Step 2: Make your own original series and characters
Step 3: Showcase the gameplay, the story, and mechanics!
Step 4: Show how your supposed to play the game, and not have it say “OnLy 99.99% CaN bEaT tHiS gAmE!”
Me and my friend will send each other every mobile game ad we see just for a good chuckle.
The E3 2018 demo of Cyberpunk seems legit after watching these ads.
‘You want to join the Mafia gang?’
Basically this is saying ‘You want to join the gang gang?’
discovered you a few days ago you became one of my favourite youtubers keep the good work up👍🏽
That was honestly a really good kid impression, 9/10, felt like you were gonna ask to borrow my iPad
Started watching you a couple of months ago love your content and your channel has incredible potential !! Keep up the good work Jack
I'm not gonna lie. These ads are 100% a guilty pleasure of mine. I always look forward to the goofy ass premises and bizarre choice of cuts and sound effects. They are the only ads I get that I tend to not be mad about getting.
Great vid btw
Keep going Jack I have probably rewatched every video you made like 5 times becuase I love them so much keep going and I hope you hit 200k subs Ik your probably not gonna see this but KEEP GROWING AND GOING
This is the best way to start my day, jack is unmatched
Of course you play Alto's Odyssey.... What a legend
Getting a “legend” comment for my mobile game choice. I’ll take it! Lol
I’ve been looking for this video my entire life. I HATE mobile game ads. They make me cringe. Like someone makes the dumbest move so you’ll be like “ah you’re dumb and I can do better so I’ll download it”.
These kind of ads always feel like my UA-cam slipping into North Korean state run media
I like how Sam fisher from Double Agent just takes all the punishment in the mafia ads
When i see these kind of ads i'm always thinking "There are people who get paid to produce these" and i have a big smile on my face.
The one you did about the “Lotsa Slots” i got the same ad while watching this video
I like that the Level 5 crook is just Sam Fisher from Double Agent
"Gone" insane? Mobile game ads have always been insane! It's like watching Interdimensional Cable.
I got an ad that wasn’t even a mobile game ad and I ended watching the whole thing because it was so goofy I thought it was apart of the video
I feel so weird for kids growing up constantly seeing this shit when they're like 7
It’s actually really tragic. Kids must lose their innocence at a really young age after consistently seeing things like this targeted towards them.
6:35 Walt taking a shower while the cousins are chilling on his bed.
People in 1923: in 2023 we will have flying cars
2023: annoying mobile game ads
I'm glad I grew up in the days of Plants vs Zombies, Fruit Ninja, Zombie Smash, and Clash of Clans.
