    Thank you from İstanbul. I love your classes. My question is this: How often should I repeat this class to get results like everday for a month , or for 15 days?

      Thank you for practicing with us and sharing your experience. You can practice 3 times a week for 2-3 months to see substantial changes. On the other days it is good to practice other yoga classes. This way the body is not exerted doing the same movements. Om Shanti

      Om, Thank you for practicing with us.
      Yes, it is always good to include pranayama with your practice. If you're practicing with our regular classes, Pranayama will always be included in the beginning of the session. In the special series, we have not included pranayama, so you can practice that separately, before or after the class. We have a separate pranayama series which you can use.
