Ah pa has one of the most homely and familiar videos in my opinion. No fancy lighting, camera angles, and just using simple everyday ingredients that are easy to find anywhere in Malaysia. @uncleroger please give this uncle some love! ❤️
Use brown rice but u need to soak the brown rice ( if you dun like the though texture of brown rice )for half an hour before u cook the rice. I also always add in Carrots, cabbage and mixed greens in
Just like my late ah pa used to make. My favorite 😍

How can we add more greens and fiber to this dish, while reducing refined carbs?

Normally i didn't use any oyster sauce for fried rice. Instead used a bit of sesame oil.
very nice recipe!!
Simply put less water to get a dryer rice.
"That`s why Uncle Roger doesn`t like Ah Pa" lolol

I usually cook the rice the same day and cool it down in the fan, and once it cool down I put it in the chiller for 30 minute
