But I can guarantee you if Elon Musk made an American produced phone that ran off Starlink, that would be my choice.
It’s also not unreasonable to want to use the sight the manufacturer of your firearm recommends to use. I’m currently looking for a pistol optic for a 43x. Call me crazy but an endorsement/recommendation from the company I’m already trusting my life with goes quite a long way for me.
@@Steambolt_ what does Glock recommend? I know they sell the work a RMSc already mounted at some places. Most holosuns need you to modify the slide. The Trijiocn RMR CC fits with a plate. Holosun 407k/507k i prefer the 407k personally. I also prefer the green reticle for my eyes. but i totally understand why you chose that RDS direct mount is the way to go.
Green is interesting topic I have found, yours are naturally more attracted to green than anything else. But, if your background is green as in most of nature, I find it messes with me. I live in country, and so I have found red works best, because it stands out in the green background
I love this setup, I’ve had a lot and I mean a lot of carry guns and this one is a favorite. I run the 407 K flush on the slide. I ground down the lugs on the slide.
I personal milled the post in the rear down and shaved the front down and the 407k as worked perfectly for me the rmsc is ok but for the money your paying in my opinion the Holosun is far superior especially if you get a eps carry you get a direct mounted enclosed site which is the best of both worlds
The rmsc does look good, I like the 2-3 year battery life, especially since you have to remove the optic to change the battery. For $400 though you can get a 507k and mounting plate, then you can adjust the brightness, turn it off, change the battery easily, and zero it. Seems worth it especially since our government is supporting China more than my dollar ever will, plus if you're so worried about supporting our enemies, the UK isn't really our friend either.
I bought my 43x mos right before shotshow 2022. When i saw holosun show off the scs optic i was excited cause i figured they would surely nake it for the glock 43x mos. Well they didnt! So here we are a year later amd still no scs model for the 43x mos. So looks like i may be going for this optic. Are you still satisfied with it. Hi Anthony, I'm only 25% of the way through your video post and I'm already a fan. Why? BC you are the only one (so far) that has mentioned that Holoson is made in China. I'm TOTALLY with you. I thought that I was in the minority. I will not by a Holoson for this very reason. I encourage others to do the same. My two cents.
Not trying to put you down, brother. Just sometimes we get caught up in a task, and miss the ez stuff. When you mount an optic on a Glock, just remove the slide from the weapon. It sits flat and stable on the table. As for me....I'll say, give the laziest man the hardest job, and he'll show you the easiest way to do it. God bless, my brother in Christ.
It costs more with lower quality. The lens is not glass, so it scratches easy. When you shoot your casings often hit it and scratch it up within a month to the point you need a new one. It's also not waterproof. Once you get water on it, the whole thing is useless. The Holosun is waterproof, plus has a glass lens. And even though you need to get a plate for it to fit, it still cost's less. Although both brands are a rip off, they are all overpriced. And I do understand and agree with your reasonings for not wanting to buy from China.
What's not useful about the information? Glock chose the Shield RMSc. The Shield works very well and is simple to use. If you can shoot, it makes hitting targets easy. You ASSUME that some ASSUMPTIONS are wrong, but in reality some assumptions aren't assuming at all. The video is based on facts, now you may not like those facts, but it doesn't change the facts. There are other sights out there, so what advantages are you specifically looking for in comparison to the Shield RMSc?

I like absolute. However, if you worry about things "always lining up" you may prefer lower third. In other words, if you go absolute and pick up the dot with your eyes, but then your brain says "hey, it's not exactly inline with my front iron" then you will cost yourself extra time. So, you may want to go lower third if that is you. If not and you can teach yourself to just pick up the dot (once it is sighted in) and not worry about the irons then absolute is the way to go. Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours.
Thanks for the question. The RMSc has a red dot (3moa or 6 moa options available). Mine in the video is the 6. I haven’t found an advantage with a dot vs circle, but to each his own. I like this sight for its’ simplicity. Stay safe. God bless u and yours!
It doesn't come with MOS plates because they cut is specifically for the Shield RMSc - the sight on my gun in the video. You only need an adapter plate if you are going to use a sight that doesn't fit the stock footprint, but by the time you buy the plate, the red dot and the suppressor height sights you might as well just use the sight the gun was designed for and save yourself a few hundred buck. Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours!
@@AnthonyBattagliaPTE Good idea. In case anyone else asks, looks like it’s supposed to last 2-3 years. One dude I read changes his battery every year on his birthday. Good way to remember and never be caught unprepared.
The RMSc is absolutely the worst optic you could on a G43X, the RMSc is made in the UK, not only does it not hold zero, but it's fragile and will break if dropped, as much as I hate Holosun made in China is much better than the RMSc, what I recommend is the Trijicon RMRcc it's just as tought as the RMR and will hold zero and can be used for duty use!
I did not know that and am shocked they went with such a cheap dot I chose to make the holosun fit without a plate and don’t regret it one bit I’m 800 rounds into it and she holds zero no problem my buddys 43x had this dot on it when he got it and had issues with the screws being to long so I had to file one down so it wouldn’t interfere with the extractor i hope they not sending out a ton of glocks like that beacuse he was ready to throw his in the trash till I took a look at it
Holosun despite being made in China out performs most red dots it’s actually surprising. My first Red dot was a trijicon rmr. I wish I would’ve found out about holosun much sooner cuz the Turkic on legit was dogshit compared with the two holosun I have. Ik others have had good reviews with the trijcon but on my side it didn’t work it failed on me two times after I sent it back after that I just ended up getting a holosun instead. Haven’t had any prob the 2 years I’ve had them. Only swapped one battery on one that’s all
Yeah, I wasn’t debating the quality of the products made in China - my point is I’m doing my best not to put money in my enemy’s pocket so they can turnaround and kill me. Furthermore, the Chinese people need us to love them enough to help them out of the literal slavery the CCP has them under. That was my point. So, I would rather shoot iron sights if I can’t find a red dot NOT made in China, get it? Thanks for the comment. God bless U and yours.

The whole China thing is silly, you use so much China crap but won't buy a red dot at a good price... Why is it okay for your phone to be Chinese but not your red dot?
The point is the China red dots are the same price when it is all said and done. And if I can help it, I don't buy from China because the CCP is ruthless toward their own people and they hate you and me. Doesn't seem silly at all, unless you are o.k. with paying to be killed by your enemy. Sounds fun, doesn't it?
@@AnthonyBattagliaPTE no hate just joking around. The 19xcame with steel night sights wich i like. The stock glock plastic irons, Can be used but there are way better ones that come stock on their competitors guns. Seems like glock need to get with the times imo. - still glock fanboy
It might have more options, but better, no. The best sight is the one you can actually shoot. I just need a dot, I don't need bells and whistles. AND I DON'T need to send any more money to China, that's for sure. So while holosun may make some cool stuff, I won't be buying it. Thanks for your comment and God bless you and yours.
China undeniably has its clear flaws but lets not kid ourselves. America also utilizes child labor particularly in the south. Just last week or maybe the week prior a 15 year old kid was found dead in a slaughterhouse. I respect your opinions but lets look at things more holistically
Well, it's not that much, but if you buy a cheaper sight then you have to buy an adapter plate and suppressor height sights too. So, you are back at or over the RMSc sight price. Thanks for commenting. God bless you and yours!
Many people (including me in a way) have no idea of the threat we face and how infiltrated we are behind the scenes by the power of the CCP. It is truly mind blowing and terrifying for the future. Thanks for the comment. God bless u and yours!
@@AnthonyBattagliaPTE please don’t be “terrified” for the future. God promised His Bride to save us from the wrath to come, and He is sovereign and fully in control of the CCP and all the world leaders. He will never leave or forsake us, and we will be with Him soon!🙏🏻😇
Yeah, if you wanna play, you gotta pay. LOL. Seriously though, you pretty much pay either way. Direct fit no suppressor sights you pay. Or cheaper sight, it breaks and you gotta buy another. Or cheaper sight, mounting plate and suppressor sights you pay. BUT I CAN say (and didn't say this in the video, but should have) THAT IT IS, for me, a thousand times easier / faster to pick up the dot and acquire the target than using an adapter plate and suppressor height sights mounted higher over the bore, if that makes sense. I'm not sure of the physics, ergonomics or science behind it, but it is definitely way more natural when the dot is flush mounted and with regular irons. Maybe because i have shot stock sights for so long, who knows. Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours!
Ohhh man, I’ll love when u say you don’t support CCP, me neither . Actually I hate buying things from comunist. I’m in your team. America open your eyes and wakeup!!!.
Life is to short to trying to make a point for or against something like this. I prefer a final product value, regardless where it's made. Holosun and RMR C aren't even in the same league. Shield has real world battery life of 6 to 9 months and needs to be removed to change the battery, at most it should cost no more then a hundred bucks, UK made some shitty products.
Not hating here but just because Glock chose that for the cut absolutely doesn't mean it's the best option. Have you felt the trigger they chose, or maybe looked at the stock sights they chose, or maybe have you seen how much aftermarket stuff sells because of the stock stuff they chose? I also have this gun, and maybe the RMSC is the best and maybe it's not but the reasoning is soft man..

So, you may want to go lower third if that is you. If not and you can teach yourself to just pick up the dot (once it is sighted in) and not worry about the irons then absolute is the way to go. Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours.
I appreciate your response. It was definitely helpful. Thank you.
Does this red dot have a circle option or green dot? Thanks
Thanks for the question. The RMSc has a red dot (3moa or 6 moa options available). Mine in the video is the 6. I haven’t found an advantage with a dot vs circle, but to each his own. I like this sight for its’ simplicity. Stay safe. God bless u and yours!
Just ordered this pistol. Does it not come with MOS plates?
It doesn't come with MOS plates because they cut is specifically for the Shield RMSc - the sight on my gun in the video. You only need an adapter plate if you are going to use a sight that doesn't fit the stock footprint, but by the time you buy the plate, the red dot and the suppressor height sights you might as well just use the sight the gun was designed for and save yourself a few hundred buck. Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours!
@@AnthonyBattagliaPTE I was hoping the new holosun scs would fit, but found out it's only for double stack glock mos.
Where to buy in the US?
There are like 4 or 5 different shield RMSc sights available. So which one is best
I chose the polymer with 8moa dot. Up to you and your preference. Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours.
The rmsc is on/off, no shake awake?
It’s always on, like Trijicon. Thanks for the comment. God bless U and yours.
@@AnthonyBattagliaPTE Anthony, thanks for the info. Quick question - with an always on red dot, any idea how long the battery will last?
@@mdlcel no idea, haha. I guess check their website? shieldpsd.com
Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours.
@@AnthonyBattagliaPTE Good idea. In case anyone else asks, looks like it’s supposed to last 2-3 years. One dude I read changes his battery every year on his birthday. Good way to remember and never be caught unprepared.
Love the video! Keep up the good work 👍🏽
Thanks!
Riton is made by veterans in Tucson Az 💯🇺🇸
There is nothing I can find on their website about being made in the USA. Are you affiliated with Riton or just saw that info some where?
So I emailed Riton and they replied that their optic that fits the 43x MOS is made in China.
Great video!!!!
Thanks!!
If that’s the case why don’t they offer them with the red dot from the factory
They do offer the RMSc pre assembled it's around 710 for the package deal
I did not know that and am shocked they went with such a cheap dot I chose to make the holosun fit without a plate and don’t regret it one bit I’m 800 rounds into it and she holds zero no problem my buddys 43x had this dot on it when he got it and had issues with the screws being to long so I had to file one down so it wouldn’t interfere with the extractor i hope they not sending out a ton of glocks like that beacuse he was ready to throw his in the trash till I took a look at it
"Designed and built in the UK" I wonder where the parts came from?
Call them and ask, can't hurt. Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours.
Uk optic?? Anyone remember Lucas Electric
Anyone tested the osprey global 230706 is the model i believe with the green micro dot shake awake ?
Thank you Anthony for this
You're welcome. Thanks for the encouragement. Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours.
What holster are you running? Great video!
Thanks for the kind words. I am using a Max IWB Glock 43x MOS version. You can find it at www.TactiPac.com . God bless u and yours! Stay safe.
I filled the post off to mount my 507 on
Holosun despite being made in China out performs most red dots it’s actually surprising.
Bro this is so cringe😂 half of everything you own is made in China
l love good stuff from China , but I HATE what the Chinese Communist Party does to its people - there’s a big difference. Thanks for commenting and if I could find products not made by slavery, I would definitely use them. The sad thing is we are so in deep with China there is sometimes no escaping it. However, I try to do my best in not supporting it.
Which American made phone did he use to zoom in on “made in China”.
Focus on the gun and the optics and not politics. Thank you
Watch somebody else. Thank you.
@@AnthonyBattagliaPTE Our government hates us too lmao. All governments are our enemies.
Take glocks word
Plastic iron sights are perfect
If you can shoot, stock Glock sights are great. Never had them fail to do what they do ... line up. Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours.
“I’m not gunna support my enemies”. Then proceeded to buy one an put it in his video
Holosun HE507K-GR X2 is better
It might have more options, but better, no. The best sight is the one you can actually shoot. I just need a dot, I don't need bells and whistles. AND I DON'T need to send any more money to China, that's for sure. So while holosun may make some cool stuff, I won't be buying it. Thanks for your comment and God bless you and yours.
China undeniably has its clear flaws but lets not kid ourselves. America also utilizes child labor particularly in the south. Just last week or maybe the week prior a 15 year old kid was found dead in a slaughterhouse. I respect your opinions but lets look at things more holistically
Thanks for you support to Austria 🇦🇹 thank Glock 😂😂😂😂😂🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
The sight is just as expensive as the gun.. 😏 they know what they're doin for sure..
Well, it's not that much, but if you buy a cheaper sight then you have to buy an adapter plate and suppressor height sights too. So, you are back at or over the RMSc sight price. Thanks for commenting. God bless you and yours!
Hate to tell him where his Neiko caliper is made 😢
I don’t like the fact that the battery is bottom loaded
Brother you do know that only the British military left...not the bankers and politicians...right?
we fought the brithish in the war,
china???? not yet
"If you know anything about politics around the globe...I don't want to support the CCP in any way."
Amen
Many people (including me in a way) have no idea of the threat we face and how infiltrated we are behind the scenes by the power of the CCP. It is truly mind blowing and terrifying for the future. Thanks for the comment. God bless u and yours!
@@AnthonyBattagliaPTE please don’t be “terrified” for the future. God promised His Bride to save us from the wrath to come, and He is sovereign and fully in control of the CCP and all the world leaders. He will never leave or forsake us, and we will be with Him soon!🙏🏻😇
The price though. 😬
God bless you and yours!
mines says USA instead of Austria
Quel quad ha rischiato 😂😂
Trijicon is made in the USA.
Your video would be so much more useful if your close ups were in focus!
Sorry about that. There is a second install only video that is in focus.
Ohhh man, I’ll love when u say you don’t support CCP, me neither . Actually I hate buying things from comunist. I’m in your team. America open your eyes and wakeup!!!.
YES, I love the Chineses people, BUT the CCP is not a friend of America. God bless you and yours. Stay safe.
I get it but you might as well get rid of your computer, phone, that camera you're using. Most everything we use has Chinese parts.
Gotta start somewhere. Thanks for the comment. God bless you and yours.
Thanks for your OPINION
“In any way shape or form”…. Uses an iPhone that makes the CCP infinitely more than Holosun 😂😂😂
Cool. It works. "Best" I suppose is subjective, but shooting really isn't that complicated is it?
Damn sight costs as much as the gun lol
Lol smart man haha
Thanks for your comment and God bless you and yours.
