Hello, I recently purchased this headset. I'm wondering, Is the sounding muffled? Gunshots and explosions don't sound crisp and clear but rather suppressed. vocals are not as crisp as other headsets I've used ) I'm not sure if this is how they should sound or is it just due to the large amount of bass in the headphones.

I loved my HyperX Cloud Headset! Worked great for me, but I moved on to the Astro A40 TR. I actually gave away the HyperX headset to a sub. But check out all of my other vids with the HyperX headset in them and see if it's what you like. I thought they were great...Buy right now, I love my Astro A40 TR. They're a bit more expensive tho, and you should get the Astro mix amp with it. GL! 😬👊
Oh yea I did have an issue where it lost bass on the right ear. I contacted them and they sent me a whole new one. There should be a vid I did on that too. I think it's rare tho. And I did unscrew the ear pads to take a look inside for curiosity, so maybe I did something lol.
