"Prepare for" is an example of a Prepositional Verb which is a type of collocation. So you should say, "I enjoy learning collocations for preparing for IELTS." Or to sound more natural and avoid using 'for' twice in such a short sentence, "I enjoy learning collocations to prepare for IELTS." When using adjectives that have both -ed and -ing endings you need to remember that -ed describes your emotions / feelings, and -ing describes the thing causing your feelings.
