Another great video, as expected from Interactive English! However the expression No8 is totally awkward and unnecessary as it can be substituted by much simpler and better phrases, such as "by itself", or "considered alone" , not to mention more advanced "intrinsically" and "per se".
For testing yourself by remembering the matching expression for each statement: 1. in spite of that; nevertheless. 2. the imagining or discussion of a very unlikely future event or situation as if it were possible and might one day happen 3. fail to properly appreciate (someone or something), especially as a result of overfamiliarity. 4. to remember and take into consideration later. 5. used to mean that you accept that a piece of information is true but it does not change your opinion of the subject you are discussing. 6. all day and all night. 7. mention ideas and discuss them with other people. 8. viewed in its essential qualities; considered separately from other things. 9. used to present a new scene, situation, or turn of events, often with the suggestion that, though surprising, it could in fact have been predicted. 10. the ability to understand an event or situation only after it has happened:

We are C2 now(I'm B2 but), we are the Elite, remember how speak english was magic before you think to start. So styled !
Thanks for commenting & checking out the lesson. 👍
1:51 Does that "Having said that" necessarily have to switch to an opposite statement? I don't think so. Could it be also for just changing the subject? Great work, though!
I thought so.
To so much effort that has been put in this video - Salute Mr. Tutor !
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the lesson. 😊
Really?
Thank you so much. I can enrich my knowledge of English according to your lessons. Respect from Vietnam 🇻🇳
So can you evaluate this example for correcting my mistakes on grammar usage, sir?
A: I will speak Chinese fluently for 2 days.
B: Well, that's wishful thinking.
In 2 days *

Thank you man, i think the worst struggle when we learn english is that we lose the thread because of this things and it's very important to acquire them
Glad you enjoyed the lesson. 👍
凄く分かりやすく、楽しく学べますね。

Another great video, as expected from Interactive English! However the expression No8 is totally awkward and unnecessary as it can be substituted by much simpler and better phrases, such as "by itself", or "considered alone" , not to mention more advanced "intrinsically" and "per se".
For testing yourself by remembering the matching expression for each statement:
1. in spite of that; nevertheless.
2. the imagining or discussion of a very unlikely future event or situation as if it were possible and might one day happen
3. fail to properly appreciate (someone or something), especially as a result of overfamiliarity.
4. to remember and take into consideration later.
5. used to mean that you accept that a piece of information is true but it does not change your opinion of the subject you are discussing.
6. all day and all night.
7. mention ideas and discuss them with other people.
8. viewed in its essential qualities; considered separately from other things.
9. used to present a new scene, situation, or turn of events, often with the suggestion that, though surprising, it could in fact have been predicted.
10. the ability to understand an event or situation only after it has happened:
Wonderful lesson , as always 🙏🏻✨

Don't stop, keep up the good work!

Thank you for this vocabulary lesson!
Isn’t it also possible to say “(Please) keep in mind that…”? For instance: “Keep in mind that language learning is a long term process and that there is no magic formula for making fast progress.”
Let me know if this example sentence is correct.
Many thanks!
Anna
