All the single-bottle rockets seemed to perform about the same, but that last one was great! How many of those bottles were used for the actual pressure vessel, and how many were just "tacked on"? The extra length may have moved the CG up, ahead of the CP, where it should be, but they also seemed to help keep it from tumbling, which would do wonders for the altitude.
For pumping the bottles as high as 160 psi, which is dangerously close to their bursting pressure, you have the pump WAY too close to the rocket. A person could really get hurt. I'm surprised the school administrators allowed this. If someone had gotten hurt, you would have been in big trouble.
Whoever filmed this needs to practice how not to move so much with the camera. It's very distracting and kind of made me lose focus with watching the competition. On the other hand, they had some nice rockets. Congrats to all who participated in the competition.

My school is using an air compressor, so we use a 10-20 foot string and, ours were bigger so they went higher.

just put a flat rock on top duck tap it then ad triangular fins at the botton and it will go high.
